Big swimming pool - long hours opened (6am-10pm) - free; surprising low price of in-house parking; nice professional personnel; very pleasant surroundings. The breakfast was fine but I would expect a little wider range for this kind of hotel. Hotel consisting of hotel main building and separate villas standing around beautiful courtyyard. I would use a full size mirror in the room - only bathroom mirror available. Getting to the room from the reception area by a disabled person on a wheel-chair might equire an effort - it is necessary to go through basement parking and open 3 heavy doors. There are a few stairs on the ground floor - on the direct way to villa (we travelled with baby buggy) |

Lovely hotel, quiet location. Staff did not amend booking so repeatedly kept on being asked to pay for breakfast when already included in rate (eg. check in and check out). |

Friendly staff, room and bathroom very good size and always cleaned perfectly. Restaurant facilities excellent with choice of food to equal.
One or two of the Restaurant staff did not seem to understand that we did not want to sit near smokers but that may have been because of language difficulties it was however always rectified, so this is not a complaint just an observation. |

The very pleasant and well trained staff. The location. The beautiful spa. The nice breakfast buffet. Many little details that are not always provided in an hotel of this category, like the bath robess (no slippers, unfortunately). A very pleasant hotel indeed.
Sonic insulation is not very good. One hears noise from other rooms.

the friendly and helpful personnel 1. the absence of a coffeshop and 2. Prices in bar and restaurant are mentioned without the value added tax (19%). Although this is mentioned somewhere in the info, it would be more pleasant to know beforehand and rightaway what the ultimate price of consumptions is. |

So ganz gut. Schöner Wellness , Bade und Sauna Bereich. Note 1 ,auch für den Aufguss Service in der Sauna !! Wir sind um 8:45 geweckt worden weil ein Mitarbeiter fragen wollte ob wir was aus der Minibar hatten. Überzogene Preise für Getränke an der Bar . ( 3,50 für 0,33 l Bier ist unverschämt. ) Das ist einfach zuviel für 4 Sterne. |
