The Wellness area, with Swinmming pool, sauna, Hamman was very nice. Rooms were quite confortable. The personnel was very friendly and food was also good. A bit far from Dresden centre (30 min by Tram, 7 Km) |

The facilities are great, they have in- and outdoor playing area for kids and a great spa and swimming pool. Family room fine size for us with 2 young children and a baby. we only took breakfast from the hotel the last day, and found out they have no pancakes!! That is a no go! Glad we took breakfast in the family room which has excellent kitchenette. |

Best family room we ever stayed in - very good size (2 bedrooms), as family also playground was very good for us. Very pleasant hotel staff. Food very good as well. |

Very friendly helpful staff It would be helpful if there were 2/3 breakfast choices and prices. As the current charge for the full breakfast is excellent value but some clients would prefere to only have a light, continental or full breakfast choice. |

near by the tram! Good bar, Friday with live music. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness of our room and the wellness area should be better! |

I really liked the facilities thay the hotel had to offer and the location... I think that the breakfast was very expensive..16 Euros per person??????I Would not eat neithert at White House nor at Tour de Eiffel!!!!!!! |

Big swimming pool - long hours opened (6am-10pm) - free; surprising low price of in-house parking; nice professional personnel; very pleasant surroundings. The breakfast was fine but I would expect a little wider range for this kind of hotel. Hotel consisting of hotel main building and separate villas standing around beautiful courtyyard. I would use a full size mirror in the room - only bathroom mirror available. Getting to the room from the reception area by a disabled person on a wheel-chair might equire an effort - it is necessary to go through basement parking and open 3 heavy doors. There are a few stairs on the ground floor - on the direct way to villa (we travelled with baby buggy) |

Saubere Zimmer in ordentlicher Größe, Service der Rezeption (Ticketbesorgung) sehr engagiert. Gute Nahverkehrsanbindung Im Vergleich zu letzten Jahr erkennbar geringere Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, früher war das sehr gut, jetzt ist es nur noch Standard. Die Minibar auf dem Zimmer ist jetzt leer, man muß telefonisch bestellen. Das kostet zwar keinen Mehrpreis, ist aber lästig, wenn man nach einem Theaterbesuch um Mitternacht noch auf den Zimmerservice warten muß. |
