We liked the professionalism as well as helpfulness of the staff and felt very welcome there. There does not seem to be a 'lounge' or 'sitting room' near the reception area, only tables set for dining. Would prefer to have the area near the window at the front as a relaxing area with a few comfortable sofas etc.

The location was perfect. We were given a smoker room & not asked on check in whether this was ok. We had requested in advance a 15 minute earlier check in as we were under severe time pressure. Unfortunately this request wasn't met and our further plans for that day were delayed.

Excellent location in the middle of Eisenach. Welcoming hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and well-equipped. We had dinner in the hotel. The wine-bar type restaurant is cosy and serves honest portions of really tasty food. There is an interesting wine list which features local Thuringian wines probably not available outside of Germany. The staff were welcoming and attentive. An excellent hotel, whjich we will be visiting again !!

Even though check-in time was later our room was available on our arrival which enabled us to settle in quickly after our train from Leipzig. Front desk staff gave us accurate information re bus times to the castle and marked maps to find the Information Centre for further help. The hotel was central to all the things we had come to Eisenach to do but having another night would have given us more time to spend enjoying them including the Wartburg, Bachhaus and the lovely Telemann concert in St.Georgens church (a real unexpected bonus). It was definitely one of the highlights of our 50 day trip. Free Wi-Fi would be good. Why not add a couple of euros to the accommodation cost?

It gave us easy access to the Thuringer nature pakr where we wanted to do some nature walks. Only an easy 5 minutes walk to/from the railway station and the main bus station. Convenient for shopping and eating out. The charge for using their WIfi internet access.

Ontbijt was goed tot redelijk Ik had fruit genomen en ben behoorlijk ziek geworden tot braken toe. Het fruit smaakte ook niet zo lekker en heb dan ook niet alles opgegeten

Direkt gegenüber des Hotels sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden - und von 18:00 - 09:00 Uhr kostenlos. Gutes Restaurant, sehr gutes Frühstück. Für grössere Autos ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz und zur Tiefgarage zu eng.

Hohe Qualität des Frühstücks. Es wurde kein bademantel / -'latschen' für die Sauna angeboten. Schlechter Geruch im Zimmer. Kitschige, schlecht gepflegte Ausstattung.

Das Frühstücksangebot und der Frühstücksraum. Das Personal im Bereich der Gastronomie ist sehr unfreundlich und geht nicht auf ihre Gäste ein. Mann bekommt den Eindruck: sprecht mich bitte nicht an dann muss ich ja lächeln und freundlich sein. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer: Amaturen der Badewanne stark verschmutzt, so auch die Duschabtrennung.
