Staff is quite helpful: a/c didn't work in the room, so they promptly changed me to another one. A hiccup with the internet provider, they provided another card for free. There is also a regular shuttle to and from the airport. The S-Bahn (train) station is very near (almost across the street).

The location is away from anything that matters, so only if one needs to be particularly at that spot it makes sense to book this hotel, which was my case, only a 3min walk to where I had to be. Checkout was very busy, but staff was a little too slow, although they did open three counters, to their credit. Internet is not free, which in this day and age is unacceptable. See above for how easy they can provide a free access, which shows that it's just another way to rip customers off...

The hotel was fine, but the shuttle that they provided did not arrive on time and this caused stress for us as we had a flght to meet.

I only stayed one night to connect to an overseas flight next day from Frankfurt Airport. I also did this a few years ago and came again because of my previous experience. I like the design and lay out of my room, free use of minbar, air port transportation provided and buffet type breakfast. Also see my comment in the following box, which is not really a "no-like" item, but reflects a very good exprerience combined with a possible oversight by the hotel.

When I occupied the room I noticed, that the minibar was electrically disconnected. Somehow the electrical plug was not properly inserted. Since there was no cold drink available immediately, the hotel served me a nice cold beer in my room free of charge after 23-00 hrs. Actually this should be written into the foregoing box but because of space limitations I put it here.

It was close to the airport and easy to find

There is no air conditioning and the room was hot as you know what, could not sleep because I was so uncomfortable. I suggest they modernize the rooms by adding that feature!

Internetzugang sollte bei einem primär als Business-Hotel genutztem Anwesen gratis sein.

Saubere leise Zimmer. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Mini-Sauna in 5. Etage, zu alt, zu klein, zu heiss (110Grad). Wiener Schnitzel meiner Meinung nach aus der Gefriertruhe (flach wie Schuhsohle, Panade wie aufgepappt, Geschmack nicht vorhanden). Lt. Angstellte würde das Schnitzel direkt vom Metzger bezogen werden. Mahlzeit.

In dem Preis war die Nutzung der Minibar frei.

WLAN müsste bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie gratis sein.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Lage.

Die 4 Sterne des Hotels müssen bereits vor vielen Jahren vergeben worden sein, da die Inneneinrichtung etc. bereits leicht schäbig wirkt.
