Friendly staff. Good shuttle to/from the airport

The hotel is getting old and the rooms need a refurbishment but everything was clean and tidy despite that.

Very good service and cring about the guest needs. I got everything that I wanted.

Very good connection with Frankfurt, only three minutes to the nearest S-bahn station

Very well connected for the book fair.

We chose the hotel because we had an early morning flight from Frankfurt airport, and wanted something close to the airport, and not too expensive (some of the hotels right at Frankfurt were very expensive for one night with a last-minute booking). The bar at the hotel was perfect for dinner and a drink, the hotel room was comfortable and quiet, and we were able to park on the street for free.

When we checked in, the hotel staff had absolutely zero information for us on directions to the Frankfurt airport. This is a little surprising since it is listed as a Frankfurt airport hotel. They did not even have a map of the area so we could figure out directions ourselves. They offer free wifi (a half hour) in the business center, but this was extremely slow. I ended up paying for wifi in our room for an hour so we could get our own directions on our ipad, which cost 10 euros. This was a little steep compared to other hotels on our journey.

No air conditioning in room, which was excessively hot. Surprising in a business hotel nowadays.

I only stayed one night to connect to an overseas flight next day from Frankfurt Airport. I also did this a few years ago and came again because of my previous experience. I like the design and lay out of my room, free use of minbar, air port transportation provided and buffet type breakfast. Also see my comment in the following box, which is not really a "no-like" item, but reflects a very good exprerience combined with a possible oversight by the hotel.

When I occupied the room I noticed, that the minibar was electrically disconnected. Somehow the electrical plug was not properly inserted. Since there was no cold drink available immediately, the hotel served me a nice cold beer in my room free of charge after 23-00 hrs. Actually this should be written into the foregoing box but because of space limitations I put it here.

I liked the decoration with aviation based painting in the restaurant and lobby.

There was a ceiling fan but no way to increase its speed. As the room was really hot, the night was not confortable at all...

Good location and the room. Breakfast was very good as well.

Thought it was at the airport but wasn'T...difficult to find. Staff was fake friendly..they smiled while saying they can't help you. Food way overpriced. We ordered one dish and they brought out another because they were out of what we ordered...they didn't give us the chance to re- select. We ask the waitress about it and she smiled and said we're out of that and walked off.

Really worth the price. Near train station.

The only problem was that it was to isolated. There was no restaurants or businesses near the hotel, except for the ones in the hotel. Other than that it is a good choice for staying in Frankfurt.

Die Tatsache, dass ein Shuttle-bus zum Flughafen vorhanden ist, ist für meine Buchung maßgeblich gewesen.

Die Heizung im Bad war defekt. Ihre Mitarbeiter konnten sie nicht reparieren, aber uns wurde dafür ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten.
