I only go there because it's just minutes away from where I need to be.

I've been to this hotel more times than I care to rememeber over the years and I can clearly see how it's degrading, in particular the service level. Staff have become careless, on occasions even bordering rudeness, the services are acceptable but the way they're delivered not always the best. On my last trip there was a novel development: my cologne was stolen/lost. Upon signalling that to the front desk I was promised a search and rescue, however I didn't hear a word after that. There's not even a safe deposit box in the room. Unfortunately it's only one of two options in the area.

The fee for Internet usage, Internet should be for free to all guests.

The cozy atmosphere, the spacious room, the furniture 50s style with wood floors and some original pieces. The kindness of the staff. The restaurant is also of good quality.

I went for business and it was perfect for its proximity to the offices with which I had to work and the airport but to visit the city is probably more convenient to choose a more central, although there is the metro very close.

Been there so many times, there's hardly anything to add.

Clean, good breakfast, although a bit expensive, good sized rooms, within a very short walk from the S-Bahn station. Quiet rooms, as there's no traffic anywhere around.

It's clearly a place to stay at for business in the area, otherwise it's far from anything else (20min train ride to Frankfurt). Internet is not included in the regular room rate, which in this day and age is like having to pay extra for hot water. Breakfast, although quite abundant and good, is a bit expensive.

Could not adjust temperature for shower. Old and scratched furniture. Room not finished at arrival. No coffee in room, coffe machine in reception area does not work , but receptionist is charging for coffee delivered from the bar.

Room is very nice and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable! Both my husband and I slept like babies :-) Hotel is greatly situated near the S-bahn station and you are only 20 minutes away from the center of Frankfurt.

The shower did not work in the morning of our departure.

Well when arrived was greeted by an extremely obnoxious individual who was in my opinion rude and if I had not had meetings arranged would have demanded a full re-fund: Given that this so called Hotel was a 4 star rating I would hate to think how you would rate a 5 star in Frankfurt, I’ve stayed in cleaner and better hotels in India, no tea or coffee facilities and the room well not worth £190 per night: I was pretty disgusted with the staff and the room was not clean enough, overall I would not recommend this Hotel lacks every thing:

Staff is quite helpful: a/c didn't work in the room, so they promptly changed me to another one. A hiccup with the internet provider, they provided another card for free. There is also a regular shuttle to and from the airport. The S-Bahn (train) station is very near (almost across the street).

The location is away from anything that matters, so only if one needs to be particularly at that spot it makes sense to book this hotel, which was my case, only a 3min walk to where I had to be. Checkout was very busy, but staff was a little too slow, although they did open three counters, to their credit. Internet is not free, which in this day and age is unacceptable. See above for how easy they can provide a free access, which shows that it's just another way to rip customers off...

Przygotowano nam pokoje typu double pomimo, że wyraźnie potwierdzano w rezerwacji pokoje typu twin. Recepcjonistka nie była nadmiernie zainteresowana wymianą pokoi na zgodne z rezerwacją. Jakoś restauracji w hotelowej w stosunku do ceny pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brak wody mineralnej w pokoju. Informacje mówią o darmowym dostępie do internetu. W rzeczywistości hotel zapewnia tylko 1 godzinę dostępu dziennie na pokój!

Chambres inégales : nous avons demandé à déménager, notre 1ère chambre située au dernier étage avait une salle de bains minable, pour un prix égal aux autres chambres plus confortables et plus spacieuses

Le personnel de réception ainsi que de bar fut tout à fait à la hauteur. Le confort des installation est à la mesure des promesses

Depuis quelques années que je m'y rends avec une dizaine de mes confrères tous francophones, ni le personnel de salle, ni les cartes de menu ne sont compréhensible pour ceux-ci: je me vois condamné à traduire la moindre information!

Pour un hôtel se voulant international, pas de personne parlant le français. L'accueil du matin, personnel masculin fort désagréable, le service féminin du restaurant aussi désagréable.

хорошее обслуживание, вежливый приятный персонал. уборка номера каждый день. близость к жд станции (S-bahn), до центра франкфурта 30 минут. хорошие завтраки, хоть и немного однообразные. бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт на комфортабельном автобусе.

плохой напор воды в душе, по капле в час. вообще проблема воды в отеле есть, при нас с этим вопросом обращались на ресепшн неоднократно. в номере изначально не было тапочек, очень долго их выбивали.
