We booked this hotel at 115 euro per night for 5 nights. However, we stayed only one night and cancelled the rest of the holiday because of the depressing place which is Koblenz and the uncomfortable hotel. For 115 euro per night one expects a minimum of comfort. This hotel offers none. We stayed on the 4th floor in a building without a lift, a room without air conditioning but a fan which blows air straight over your bed, no fridge, a carpet which saw better days and a stained strip of fabric as a bed cover. One corner of the ceiling was covered in something that we thought were mosquitoes but fortunately they turned out to be some sort of small flies! The journey to the centre of the town is only by bus (walking takes long, is convoluted and horrible).

The room was fitted to a high standard and was very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were well presented and the food was excellent. The location was further from the city than we had realised and the walk across the bridge was noisy (the path ran alongside the dual carriageway). We were uncertain how safe the walk would be in the dark but didn't test it out.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Free parking. Hotel is walking distance from the city (20mins) Breakfast is also good value for money. Very pleasant overall stay.

Amabilidad. Limpieza. Confort. Parking gratuito. Desayuno. No hay ascensor en el anexo (de 4 plantas), aunque sí ayudan con el equipaje. Bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Der Service ist hevorragend, Leitung und Personal lesen Wünsche von den Augen ab; das Zimmer entspricht meinen Vorstellungen von angemessenem Komfort. Wir haben ein sehr gutes Menue genießen dürfen, das Früstück ist hervorragend, es werden auch hier keine Mühen gescheut.

Die Atmosphäre und der Service im Restaurant waren sehr angenehm. Unsere Zimmertür führte direkt vom Hof ins Schlafzimmer - das war gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Teppichboden sah entsprechend aus. Auch das Bad wirkte ein wenig "in die Jahre gekommen". Aber es war sonst sehr ordentlich.

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Klimeanlage wurde durch ein "Flüsterbelüftung" ersetzt, die völlig nutzlos ist. Am Sonntag ist der Service Null.

Netter, freundlicher Empfang sowohl durch die Inhaber als auch durch das Personal. Möglichkeit an warmen Abenden draußen sitzen zu können. Das Restaurant kann man auch nur empfehlen.Das Gourmet-Menü war hervorragend. Das gesamte Ambiente in Hotel und den Restaurant ist stimmig.

Det var hotelpersonalet. Alle var hjælpsomme og vi fik en meget gæstfri behandling. Maden var god og tjenerne var I top. Jeg kom op I et værelse på 4. sal (uden elevator). Det gav god motion, men lidt anstrengende. Hotelpersonalet var flinke til at hjælpe med bagagen!

das Bett war modern, groß und sehr bequem Mitarbeiter waren beim Frühstück völlig überfordert, der Kaffee wurde tassenweise zugeteilt, das weich bestellte Ei war knochenhart.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war schlecht. Man hatte permanent das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Zimmer war klein und dunkel.

Verzorgd ontbijt en de vriendelijke bejegening aan de receptie. Vermoedelijk omdat het zondag was, was de kamer de tweede nacht niet schoongemaakt en opgeruimd.
