Very well run hotel. Very good (quiet) location on a parallel road on the Köllner Strasse but 50 metres away from the road by the riverside. The lovely city centre of Bad Münstereifel is only 700 metres away, the train and bus station is also on walking distance (only 500 metres away). Very good breakfast buffet. Bad Münstereifel is a very good location for walks. You will need "Wanderkarte Nr. 7 des Eifelvereins (1:25.000)".

De kamers zijn prettig en goed voorzien. Hier komt een mens niets tekort. De bedden zijn prima, alleen tweepersoonsmatrassen maar met aparte dekbedden. Niks mis mee! Sanitair prima. Het restaurant is uitstekend met een ruime keuze uit gerechten en een goede wijnkaart. Het ontbijt is eersteklas: waar vindt je het nog dat je eitjes vers gekookt of gebakken worden? Eén minpuntje: het hotel heeft geen lift, en dan is de klim naar de tweede etage voor sommigen best een opgave...

Das Restaurant war mehr als fantastisch. Das kann ich nur empfehlen. Der Service war erstklassig, das Essen war fantastisch, die Atmosphäre war umwerfend. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad ebenso. Das Frühstück war okay. Wurst- und Käseangebot sowie Marmeladenauswahl waren absolut ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, dem Gast alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Traf man sich außerhalb der Mahlzeiten im Hotel, war sogar Zeit für einen netten Plausch. Man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war zwar okay, doch im Zeitalter der gesunden Ernährung vermissten wir ein paar Körnerbrötchen, etwas Quark oder Obstsalat. Zwar gab es frisches Obst, doch dieses beim Frühstück zu schälen und in ein Müsli zu geben, war etwas aufwendig. Auch das Müsliangebot war sehr mager - eine Müslisorte und Cornflakes. Sonst nichts.

Nette, aufmerksame Bedienung, ruhige Lage, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeit, reichhaltiges Frühsück, gutes Essen im Restaurant! Anreise am Donnerstag ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kamen am Donnerstag um 16 Uhr 30 beim Hotel an. Sämtliche Türen waren abgeschlossen, auf unser Läuten und Klopfen tat sich nichts, als wir schon etwas genervt waren, kam der Ehemann der Besitzerin vom Einkaufen zurück, er entschuldigte sich, meinte aber, dass er eigentlich mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun habe.Trotzdem gab er uns unseren Zimmerschlüssel. Anmeldung dann aber erst am Freitag nach dem Frühstück!

Het avond eten was werkelijk fantastisch! Wij hebben er 2 avonden gegeten en zijn beide keren verrast door de gerechten die werden geserveerd. Het onbijt was minder fantastisch, eenvoudig contintal ontbijt. Maar toch prima te eten. The food (diner) was excellent, compliments to the chef!

Der Service und das Candlelight Dinner waren perfekt! Wir haben jeden der 5 Gänge genossen. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Uns hat es top gefallen. Wir würden es wieder wählen.

Private/Familien-Führung.Gemütlichkeit,Geschmackvolle alte wie neue Gestaltung, einfallsreich, für Familienfeiern etc. ungewöhnlich separate Räumlichkeiten. Geradezu eine Entdeckungsreise durch die Räume, freundlich, herzlich. Wohlfühleffekt. Leider war die Zeit zu kurz gewählt. Treppenlift nicht vorhanden. Äußerst empfehlenswert für gutes Essen, Romantiker und gepflegte nette Zimmer und Bäder.
