Good security. Excellent location vy the u and S-bahn (Landungsbrucke). Beautiful bath rooms!!!! The so called free wireless internet access was highly unstable and in fact out of order for most of our stay. The staff in the reception met this objection with indifference. So if you are looking for a hotel with a working internet avoid the Stella Maris Hotel. They delivered on many service, but not this one.

Clean big room Although the hotel says it has internet conection on the rooms, on my room it was very poor to none. When I went to complaint about that, the person in the reception shrugged her shoulder and did not offer a solution. The internet reception in the lobby was strong, but still only worked sporadically.

Besonders gut hat mir die günstige Lage direkt an den Landungssbrücken gefallen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof und hörten nichts vom üblichen Lärm einer Großstadt.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an den Landungsbrücken im Portugiesen-Viertel.Es ist gut vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen über die S-Bahn (ca.35 Minuten).Der Service ist toll.

Schönes großes helles und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Frühstücksraum ist einfach aber sehr sauber und es wird vom Personal darauf geachtet, dass das so bleibt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das maritime Thema zieht sich einheitlich durchs ganze Haus.

Die Nähe zu allen Orten (Innenstadt, Hafen, Hinterland), die innerhalb sehr kurzer Zeit erreicht werden können. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nicht zu empfehlen wenn man gewohnt ist, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die ruhige Lage und die Sauberkeit des Hotels und des Zimmers führten zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch die Nähe zur U-Bahn/S-Bahn Station ist ein Vorteil für Reisende, die Hamburg mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschließen müssen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers könnte heller sein.

Prima Lage direkt an den Landungsbrücken, viele portugiesische Restaurants in der Nähe, bequemes Bett und Bettwäsche, sauberes Zimmer, gratis wlan, Perfekt: Flatscreen TV im Zimmer von Toilette aus einsehbar! Zimmer etwas klein.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen. Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sind nicht zu bemängeln. Das Frühstück war gut, alles und alles reichlich vorhanden, bzw. wurde stets nachgelegt. Die Minibar hat gefehlt, aber man konnte sich Getränke auch an der Rezeption besorgen (bis 23:00 Uhr).

Die Nähe zu den Landungsbrücken und der Zugnag zur S-Bahn, trotzdem in ruhiger Lage! Das umliegende Portugiesenviertel mit einer Vielzahl an Lokalen! Zimmer nicht übermäßig groß, aber gut durchdacht - sogar ausreichend Haken und Spiegel! .... da gibt es nix!

Kostenloser Upgrade zur Captain-Class! Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Schönes, sauberes Bad! Gute w-lan Verbindung! Angenehme Umgebungslautstärke (auch nachts bei offenem Fenster)! Sehr gute Lage für einen Stadturlaub, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind optimal zu Fuß erreichbar! Bis zur S-Bahn s1 (Richtung HBhf und Flughafen) nur wenige Schritte! Gepäck kann den ganzen Tag sicher im abgeschlossenen Gepäckraum aufbewart werden! Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Zimmermädchen machen sich morgen ab 9:30 Uhr lautstark bemerkbar; Tipp: "Bitte nicht stören" - Schild unbedingt benutzen!
