best value in HH for me (regular visitor) - fabulous value for money (single room with shared bathroom under €40) - super clean & modern (room & bathroom), great lounge with library! - excellent & friendly reception - excellent location next to Elbe & spanish tapas bars (not sex shops) AAA you will hear corridor noise if there is door banging ("hellhörig"), ie. room doors not silent open/close. I stayed Monday night ie. quiet outside, but many spanish restaurants, maybe street noise on weekend; however windows are well insulated |

Well located near the harbour and tube. The room was never cleaned during my 3-day stay, they just made the bed. The soap in the shared bathroom was also never refilled and was out in most of the sinks and showers. |

Position was convenient for me.Public spaces are comfortable and appealing.The (single) room was adequate and the bathroom excellent. I agree with attitude to minimal washing of towels - a good initiative. Staff friendly and helpful. The room smelled of tobacco - most un-appealing! In the shower cabinet, a metal groove for the sliding door was loose and seemed not to have been reportedby the cleaning staff. |

The Hotel is located in a Neighbourhood full of Spanish and Portuguese Restaurants, close to Landungsbruken bahn (U and S Bahn ) stops, quiet, and safe place , close anough to the downtown.Free internet is very usefull. the noise of the slamming main door at the floor that you can hear when you are inside at your own room. |
