Steps-Hotel  

The arrangement was good in Steps.Reception ,breakfast etc.

There is some missing things like television ,telephone.

Great restaurant, bar, and indoor courtyard tables. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was really good. There are also few other nice low-key places in the neighborhood to have a drink and meal at too.

Not the most central location and if you have the windows open, there might be a little noise from neighbors chatting (which becomes big on the quite street it's on). Nothing to negate the good points of the place.

I liked that the hotel had an excellent breakfast, nice and cheap bar, and excellent high-speed internet - it distinct advantages.

Do not like that at issue was only one electrical outlet and away from the bed - it's inconvenient because we used two laptops, video camera and phone - just need to charge for. Also did not like what was left after harvesting the door open to the toilet because of this room was a bad smell.

Thank you for a great stay. My wife and I enjoyed the hotel which was very close to transport which allowed us to travel in to the city centre within 15minutes. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The bar downstairs was a joy to come back to and enjoy a cold beer before going to bed.

Nice and friendly staffs. Very helpful. Family room is very big with plenty spaces for kids. Free internet everywhere in hotel. Good breakfast till 11:00 hours. Will stay in the same hotel again.

Liked everything

The hotel is at affordable budget and gives all necessary facilities including complementary breakfast. The hotel safety is good and has maintained cleanliness all over.The assistance and guide by the manager is remarkable.Recommended for family of three to four and for city seeing experience.

The staff was very friendly and the location very convenient (less than 10 min walk from the u6 and u9 stations). The room was big and comfortable (room #431). Great neighbourhood with plenty of turkish/middle eastern restaurants/coffee shops.

The steps (no wonder why the hotel name) which do not make this hotel convenient for people not in good physical condition, was a minor minus. The bath towels were really small and there is no shower gel available but those are minor complains, overall a great address.

I was on a high floor with no lift (elevator) which does not suit my bad heart. Suggest mention that there is no lift at time of booking.

Breakfast was good, connection to the center quite godd (aprox.20 min)

No lift, to expensive for the quality of rooms, we took the apartment and there were no separeate entrances for each room - you have to pass one room to get to the other

Nice staff, clean place, fine breakfast.

Definitely not in downtown, and the place is somewhere in between a hotel and a hostel. But if its OK for you, its a nice place.

Очень доброжелательный персонал, говорили на хорошем английском, номера чистые, удобные. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный.

Странно, что при наличии душа абсолютно отсутсвовали ванные пренадлежности: ни мыла, ни шампуня я не нашла, хотя они были нужны.

Доброжелательный персонал, чистые светлые комнаты, хороший завтрак. До ближайшей станции U-Bahn всего 5 минут пешком.
