Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but very nice. Had private twin room which was good, clean and just great for somewhere to sleep after long day sight seeing. Special mention must be said that one day my girlfriend left her mobile & purse in room by mistake and cleaner had put them on table for her return, very honest and leaves positive impression. Definitely stay there again. Location was not the best to be honest. But fairly close to Nauner tube station (10min walk)

Great restaurant, bar, and indoor courtyard tables. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was really good. There are also few other nice low-key places in the neighborhood to have a drink and meal at too. Not the most central location and if you have the windows open, there might be a little noise from neighbors chatting (which becomes big on the quite street it's on). Nothing to negate the good points of the place.

The location of the hotel is very nice. There are subway stations both on the right and left side of the street, just 5 min.walk each one. The breakfast is very nice for that level of hotel and everything in the breakfast are very delicious. The staff is very helpfull and answering every question with a smiling face. So sweet. Yes, there is no lift but its no big deal. The area is just quiet part of the city, if you want so much entertainment nearby, you can not find. There is nothing to compare about the hotel.

I liked that the hotel had an excellent breakfast, nice and cheap bar, and excellent high-speed internet - it distinct advantages. Do not like that at issue was only one electrical outlet and away from the bed - it's inconvenient because we used two laptops, video camera and phone - just need to charge for. Also did not like what was left after harvesting the door open to the toilet because of this room was a bad smell.

Good location, close to the airport. Staff was friendly. As the name suggests: No elevator. So if you get a room at 5th floor it will be tiring.

Nice and friendly staffs. Very helpful. Family room is very big with plenty spaces for kids. Free internet everywhere in hotel. Good breakfast till 11:00 hours. Will stay in the same hotel again.

I liked the location very much. Close to the u-bahn and close to places I needed to go. The hotel stuff is friendly, speaking english too. I really appreciated the 24 hour reception and the restaurant. It´s a very good choice. The absence of the lift might be a problem to older people, but I didn´t care.

The hotel is at affordable budget and gives all necessary facilities including complementary breakfast. The hotel safety is good and has maintained cleanliness all over.The assistance and guide by the manager is remarkable.Recommended for family of three to four and for city seeing experience.

A very atencious and nice attend from the personals of the hotel, from the first to the last day. A breackfast delicious, with variaty, and a quit zone to stay. The localization was not the best, but very near to the metro! And the stairs... ! a lot of them :)

amiable bagain hotel/hostel / good couryard / breakfast OK / It was close to the ex-Rotaprint where my conference took place and was recommended by the organisers I was on a high floor with no lift (elevator) which does not suit my bad heart. Suggest mention that there is no lift at time of booking.

Доброжелательный персонал, чистота, соотношение: цена-качество, хорошая кухня, расположение: недаоеко от центра и рядом со станциями метро, зелёный район, нет свободного доступа в отель посторонним лицам. Нет лифта (очень крутая лестница), шум от кафе вечером на противоположной стороне улицы.
