Although basic, the room was clean Excellent Location to Ulm Centre Good Restaurant on Ground Floor where breakfast is also served in the morning

Bit old. Temperature difficult to be controlled: too cold or too hot. Small parling and difficult to drive in/out.

Close to both station and city centre. In-house pub and restaurant was comfy and well priced.

Shower was blocked in my room.

I was recently stranded in Ulm for four days when my car broke down; the staff at the Hotel were endlessly helpful and accomodating, being very flexible with my booking and check out arrangements and helping with communications with the garage. Vielen Dank Linda, du bist ein Star!

Although the secure underground garage is very handy, if you have a right-hand drive car it is a two-person operation to get it out!

The hotel is close to Munster Square, great restaurant on the first floor. Very professional customer service

The carpet in our room was not properly clean (there was cat or dog hair on the carpet)

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. And I would say it has got even better than the first time.The food was excellent.And the staff helpful especially Tobias in the restaurant.

Ventilation in bathroom poor - no exhaust fan. Heating not on in bathroom so difficulty drying washing?

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt am Münster. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Zimmer und Bad sauber. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichlich.

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Schöner Biergarten und modern eingerichtetes Restaurant. Das Essen war gut. Nahe beim Bahnhof und Fussgängerzone.

Zimmer im Haupthaus sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr enges Bad.

Расположение. Пару улочек до центрального собора. Доброжелательный персонал. Скромный, но достойный завтрак. Бесплатный интернет. Ресторан на первом этаже у них превосходный, не зря его все хвалят.

На фотографиях номера выглядят гораздо лучше. В действительности все старое, не очень уютно в номере, хотя и чисто - придраться не к чему.

Sehr nettes Personal, welches sehr zuvorkommend ist. Die Lage ist perfekt! Sehr zentral mit Parkplatz in Garage! Top!
