It was possible to open the window

No sound insulation (woken up by people talking in corridor, and at 6 am by neighbour taking a bath) NO SERVICE, impossible to get a cup of tea or hot water any time except at breakfast Expensive small room and WIFI at extra cost!!! Outrageous

The breakfirst was really good!

The Single Room is extremly small and does not look anything like the pictures on Booking.com. I decided to upgrade to a better room.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was great for Bonn but less good for Cologne Fair, where I was going. It was a nice old building in the main square, which was a pedestrian area.

My room was a good size but the shower was in the lobby area and the lavatory was off it. There was a wash basin in the bedroom. The plate by the front door gave it 4 stars. I thought it barely warranted 3. It was very over-priced. I paid 135 euros a night. It was worth about 80- 90 euros a night. Then they had the audacity to ask for 20 euros for wi-fi access!

Breakfast was delicant and fresh and the location

Wi-fi charge for a business hotel, the room was small and the separation of the wc, the toilet and the bath as their location inside the room was pretty strange

Perfect location, in the dead center of the city and very close to the railway station. Excellent staff, really very nice, friendly, helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Very nice and clean hotel. Perfect bathroom.

Really nothing to say. I adored this hotel

The hotel is in the Market Square and has easy access to all of Bonn city centre. 5min walk to the bus from the airport and railway station. Large choice at breakfast. Able to leave bags before room was ready and after check out until ready to leave.

We took a kettle with us and were not able to use it, although one was not provided.

Fantastic situation in the market square. Very quiet. 24 hour staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I use all forms of public transport and the hotel is only a ten minute walk form the train station, bus station or river boats. The breakfast was superb - I always ate more than intended. The room was comfortable a and quiet.

A warm welcome from the reception desk staff. Great location. We arrived in Bonn by airport bus and the hotel was only a couple of blocks from the stop. And it was easy the next morning to walk to the train station to continue our trip. Superb breakfast buffet (included in price of room).

Hotel location is right on market square. Room isn't modern but fairly clean and good size.

Great design, Spacious room, Good breakfast selection including hot food. Convenient location. Friendly & Helpful staff. They even made sure we knew they had umbrellas available to deal with the rain. Free wi-fi worked great.
