Pleasant staff - saw several on reception who were all very helpful and welcoming. Nice big room. No air-conditioning but despite day temperatures 27 degrees C in shade (about 80 degrees F, for us oldsters) and above 20 through the night the room did not become uncomfortable. Nice walk downhill into town. Takes 20 minutes to centre at a steady pace.

Germany winning the World Cup on our first night - clearly not the hotel's fault - but only because carhorns were being sounded well into the early hours! Suspect that won't happen again for at least another four years, so no worries there!

Single room is quite small No place to eat in the vicinity of the hotel, except for a pricey restaurant located in the same building

Nice hotel, rooms are very clean. Staff is nice and helfpful. Breakfast is very nice too! you have your own parking place so no problem with your car.

No lift at all, just in case you have to step with your luggages up to your floor. It's not in the city center and it's not so close by feet. Rooms are not self climate so you have to depend on the central heating

wifi connection is good and the room size is bigger than the other places in Germany like Frankfurt and Wurzberg.

it's a bit far from the railway and need to take bus to the hotel. There is no kettle to provide to make hot water, no lift and have to carry heavy luggage myself

Position. Free parking places nearby. City center is a ten minutes bus ride from the hotel.

Te bed was small for me and unconfortable. The blankets were too small for the size of the bed, it was really uncomfortable. The bathroom and all the furniture is ugly and old. The tv screen is old and ridicously small and you need two remote controls. The breakfast quality was disapointing and the breakfast room was ugly. The personal were not incorrect, however they didn't make any effort to help with any of my requests.

Good budget hotel with good size rooms and ok breakfast

The attached Italian restaurant had the worst service imaginable and it is best to go elsewhere to eat.

Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. The large and clean bathroom.

The beds were pretty hard. No airconditioning. 10-20 minute walk to city, but only 5 euro taxi.

    Friendly staff. Excellent hot breakfast.

Quite a bit further from town historic centre than we counted on. At least 30 minutes walk and easy to get lost. Return is uphill at night. Should have taken a bus.
