Har been staying here several times before, so I knew what to expect. One good thing is that there are no extra costs added, the breakfast is included in the price, as well the wireless internet connection. BTW, the wireless connection worked flawless during my stay, connected ok everytime, with reasonable to good bandwith/response time |

The staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were very clean. Bathrooms were in excellent condition and beds were comfortable. The free use of wireless connection was an added plus! |

Ik was bij aanmelden direct gekend, minimale administratie. Behulpzaam met orientatie in de omgeving. Vlot werekn met de kredietkaart (geen print nodig bij aankomst). |

Het was allemaal keurig, schoon, vriendelijk, nachtportier aanwezig. Jammer dat het ontbijt maar tot 9.45 uur was en het was nog wel zondag. Meestal kan je dan wat later ontbijten. |

Bei Ankunft Hagelzuckerkrümel auf der Tischdecke, ein Frottierhandtuch hatte Löcher, die Bettwäsche war gestopft, nur auf einem Kopfkissen lag ein Eukalyptusbonbon, am nächsten Morgen wurden wir trotz Auftrag nicht geweckt; die Hoteleinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen |

Lage, ruhiger Empfang Frühstück z.T. vergammelt, Hotel war z.T. schlecht organisiert, Bad schlecht geputzt, Zimmer kein Staub gesaugt, Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, Preis dafür einfach überzogen!!!! |

La calidad. Habitación muy espaciosa, limpia, desayuno muy completo, y el personal fantástico en todo momento. La única pega es que está algo alejado del centro de Mainz, a 2km, por lo que hay que coger bus o andar unos 15 minutos para llegar a la Catedral. Caminando, hay que atravesar un barrio residencial (casas y bosque), y la parte más fea (o menos segura) la tendremos cuando hay que atravesar la vía del tren. A parte de esto, un hotel muy muy recomendable. |
