Super freundliches Personal in Hotel und Restaurant.Hatte Geburtstag U.der Frühstückstisch (mit Sekt)war sehr schön eingedeckt.Alle vom Personal hatten gratuliert.Leider zu viel für ein kurzes Wochenende aber wir kommen wieder :-))

Sehr freunliches und aufmerksames Personal in allen Bereichen.Schnelle Reaktion auf Wünsche der Gäste,Z.B Beschaffung von Fahrrädern, Wellnessangebote U.A..Frühstücksbuffett reichhaltig und gut.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich.Die Kopfkissen sind recht unbequem und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Großes, helles Zimmer Das Ambiente des Hotels, eher Kalt, mit wenig Liebe, für 4 Sterne hatte ich andere Erwartungen, Innenpool war mit viel zu kalt, viele Hinweise/Verbote im ganzen Hotel und die noch unprofessionell erstellt, allein im Poolbereich 6 mal...Sauna ist kostenpflichtig, zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung (Möbel und Liegen, Stühle) im Poolbereich und Außenterasse, Aufliegen werden nach Verfügbarkeit an der Rezeption ausgegeben und sind dort abzugeben,

Schönes Hotel,Zimmer relativ normaler Standard...schöner Balkon..besonders das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet aber relativ teuer für normale Gerichte....hatten durch Booking-com.guten Preis für Zimmer..55 € statt 95e bei Direktbuchung...Bowlingbahn im Hotel ! Schwimmbad sah gross aus,haben es aber nicht benutzt...Sauna kostet extra! Insgesamt empfehlenswert! Ruhige Lage,direkt am See...bis in die kleine Stadt ca.15 Min mit dem Rad.

Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, es war sauber. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Schwimmbad war gut temperiert. Im Restaurant gab es zu lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen. Die Nutzung der Sauna verursachte Extrakosten!? Total ungewöhnlich.Außerdem passen auch auch nur max. 4 Personen hinein.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es hat ein schönes Ambiente, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich!!! Wir kommen wieder!!! 100% Empfehlung für das Strandhotel in Plau am See!!!

Guter Service (Schnelle Reaktion auf kleine Beschwerde wg. Kopfkissen). Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Im Hotelrestaurant fast nur 'schwere' Gerichte auf Karte, wenig 'Kleinigkeiten'. Fehlendes Fliegengitter in Balkontür (wegen Nähe zum See notwendig)

Unkomplizierte Nutzung des Service-Angebots; das Frühstücksangebot Keine Klimaanlage; zu warm,da wegen Mückenplage Fenster geschlossen bleiben mussten. Keine Minibar, lediglich eine Flasche warmes Wasser für 3,50€! Schmutzige Stühle auf dem Balkon.
