The only thing I can think of is that I missed being able to have a bath - and the shower was rather small. But this is a minor detail; overall the whole experience was very positive and we'd definitely stay again.
Our 2nd floor corner room, facing the 'see-promenade', with two lovely window views (making for good cross ventilation). Room spotless, beds very comfy. Owner Frau Gisela Maier couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming; in fact everyone was very friendly & accommodating, making us feel very much at home. Breakfast buffet was lovely - fresh fruit, breads, good selection of cold-cuts, cheeses, smoked salmon, etc. .. and of course, very good coffee! All enjoyed in the most charming (an overused word, but it suits here) setting. An absolute gem.
