The breakfast was great, and we really liked the balcony that already came with our (standard) room -- no surcharge. The location is excellent -- very close to the main beach (Hauptstrand). Even though it is close to many places where one would expect a lot of action and, consequently, some noise, we did not have a problem with that at all.
