Läget var fantastiskt och väldigt hög standard. Vi hade 3 rum. 2 var stora som en svit men ett var ett litet enkelrum som för en person men samma pris? Vi anlände kl 1800 då vi blivit försenade av trafik i Berlin. när vi kom fram stod det en lapp på dörren att receptionen var öppen 9-1700? Ingen annan information om detta har skett brevledes. Vi fann efter ett tag att man kunde ringa ett nummer där vi fick information om att i en box på baksidan fanns nycklar vi kom åt via koder vi fick per telefon?? mycket dåligt! Vidare när vi skulle betala tog dom inte kredit kort utan enbart kontant betalning? Vi lever i 2014! Personalen i receptionen som var ganska ung, kunde inte tala Engelska, vilket ledde till ytterligare komplikationer! Tala om i Er information att detta hotell inte tar kreditkort och har begränsade öppettider!
