All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

I found the room pretty small, there was hardly space to turn or to place the suitcase. For two persons this would have been impossible. |

The rooms were great (new and elegant), they provided candies for the children on our arrival, the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and accessible. They have free internet on the lobby. They haven't answered my email regarding an IPOD I left at my room. |

Excellent hotel with very good services. We had a peaceful, big family room. Everything was clean and the room had a bit of luxury as well. The "American breakfast" is not worth 14 euros; in the first morning there was a constant lack of something (cups/bowls/vegetables/rolls...). |

The staff were very accomodating with helping to print off my train ticket. I also enjoyed playing the piano. Free Internet was always available. Cleaning staff not very friendly, did not greet us. We sat in the bar and were never served. Staff didn't speak english very well. Gym/Sauna lacked what a "4-star" facility hotel should include. Overpriced for quality compared to other hotels. |

Room very well appointed, if a bit on the small side. Breakfast excellent, although we had to pay extra for it. We appreciated the free internet service. As said above, our room was a little bit on the small side, but nicely furnished and well appointed.. |

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliless and décor of the hotel were impressive. Unfortuantely, the hotel did not have a Lounge - a waiting area by the Reception yes, but not a Lounge. We would have liked to have relaxed with a cofee etc. without having to go to our room. |
