Good hotel

The staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and more like a cabin than a room.

The single room allocated to me, was spacious and also very clean.Although it was located directly over the entrance to the Hotel, the noise form the traffic outside was well insulated from me, the guest.

Despite many attempts, I could not manage to achieve a full nights sleep due to a combination of inappropriate pillows / heat of the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the location excellent, the breakfast superb and our room was huge. Since we had two children with us we booked the superior double room which was 30 square metres. The children had their extra beds with their towels and everything. It was the biggest room we had stayed in even better than tose of five star hotels. We even had a bottle of water for free as well as a variety of fresh fruits every day. I certainly recommend this hotel to everyone especially to those with children!

The superior suit was niced and large,, also the design was very good

The hotel was close to central station and to the most attraction spots. The room was clean and tidy. When I book for room I requested for big room because I have children with me. They arrange to me big room and nice. The hotel staff where very nice and helpful and likes children. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Shower was not hot and room air conditioning did not work, room was very hot and uncomfortable

shower was slippery.Choice of satellite TV channels have to be adapted to European visitors (too many German channals).Expensive internet connection in the room.

Ambiente und Komfort

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst: Von den freundlichen Mitarbeitern bis hin zum Zimmer - besser geht es kaum für diesen Preis. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet, an der Kochstation werden frische warme Speisen zubereitet. Tiefgaragenplätze großzügig vom Platz her und auch ausrechend vorhanden. Hotel ist auch für Zugreisende gut zu erreichen, es befindet sich in der Nähe vom Bahnhof.
