Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf City Center  

The hotel staff was very friendly, the location excellent, the breakfast superb and our room was huge. Since we had two children with us we booked the superior double room which was 30 square metres. The children had their extra beds with their towels and everything. It was the biggest room we had stayed in even better than tose of five star hotels. We even had a bottle of water for free as well as a variety of fresh fruits every day. I certainly recommend this hotel to everyone especially to those with children!

Breakfast excellent, staff excellent

Last year i satyed in cleaner room. Bathroom was not as good as last year, expecially the shower area.

The room is clean and comfort. Helpful and friendly for staffs.

It's quite a bit far from city center. We had to walk for a long distance before reaching the city center. The room we had was at the roadside which we could hear the bus/tram/siren etc during our stay.

Central location. Short walk to main railway station and to main shopping area and old town. Reception staff efficient, helpful and pleasant.

Room suffocatingly hot despite turning off radiators and putting air con on. Made sleeping nigh impossible and then the beds were really uncomfortable (two singles) as they were so soft with no support. I booked a double room to get space but room still quite small. External noise of trains and traffic meant you had to sleep with window closed so as long as you can survive on little sleep this hotel ok. Not a 4 star in my opinion tho.

The location was great.

The bed was very small. I believe that a single room for this amount of money should have a twin sized bed.

Professional service, friendly and helpful staff. Very good food. Nice rooms against the backyard with a balcony.

It was hair in the showertray from someone else. The rooms against the street was quite noisy. But from the backyard it was silence.

Shower was not hot and room air conditioning did not work, room was very hot and uncomfortable

Close by center of Dusseldorf. (15 min.)
