Great location set between the central station and the Aldtstadt making this hotel an excellent base for travelling to other neighbouring areas and enjoying the delights of this great city. Staff were very friendly and courteous and the hotel was generally immaculate with comfortable beds and great pillows - which i have found a rarity in Germany on my past visits |

Negative fedback: some of the personnel could hardly speak English. There was repairment works in the hotel during my stay and it was always noice at my floor near my room starting from 8 A.M. It was impossible to rest and sleep. Don't put customers to the floors where there are repairment works done. |

Central position, very close proximity to the train station, shops and markets. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. No complaints about the hotel & it is the second time we have stayed at this particular hotel. Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Dusseldorf. Only 15 mins by train from the airport and 5 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. Thought the breakfast at 19 euros was expensive though we had the choice of not partaking! Did not like them locking the rooms 1 hour before vacating time of 12.00 pm though they unlocked it for us when requested. Very strange procedures...................... |

Möglichkeit der Zubereitung von Kaffee, Tee etc. im Zimmer. Auf dem Schreibtisch fast kein Platz für eigene Sachen. War ziemlich zugestellt mit allem Möglichen. Zudem noch Fernsehapparat auf dem Tisch. Außerdem war das Hotel nicht so zentral wie ich dachte. |

Хорошее месторасположение: рядом со старым городом Персоналу неплохо было бы стучаться прежде чем входить в номер. Большая дыра между кроватями. Неудобно спать вдвоем. |

Zentrale Lage Bei Anreise mit Pkw schlecht zu finden. Keine Parkplätze vor dem Haus um Gepäck auszuladen. Eigenes Parkhaus doppelt so teuer wie externes Parkhaus. Frühstück mit 19 Euro p.P. überteuert. Bekamen als Nichtraucher nur stinkendes Raucherzimmer. Kein Zimmertausch möglich. |
