Absolutely, the personnel. Marc is really an amazing person, he helped us a lot. We can't thank him enough. The apartment was a little inconvenient for my wife to go to the down town with small kids by public transportation, but it wasn't a big deal. The room was just perfect. The restaurant is also worth visiting, a little far from the room though. Only one thing we felt a little sorry was the fact that the personnel doesn't know much about the surroundings of the room. (Where to buy things, where to eat etc.)

new exclusive studio flat. good communication with renter. parking and wifi. fitness room. well equipped. pleasure. the view from balcony. direct to service side of hospital. noise from helicopters landing on the roof of the hospital. but quiet at night.

The Room is very beautiful. Free wifi is good. It was very hot in leipzig but there is no air-conditioner!! (keine Klimaanlage) i could hardly asleep. very noisy outside from early in the morning. Housekeeping was not made everyday!!! Distances between room-key and the room is too far. (you must use your car or Tram with all of your huge luggage) I will never stay there again in summer.

Tolles Appartement mit super Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt und wir hatten super viel Platz zum krabbeln für unsere Tochter. Das Personal im Cafe war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hat auch den Hinweis auf schlecht ablaufendes Wasser im Bad sofort positiv aufgenommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Zur Stadtmitte sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße wodurch man nicht bei geöffneten Fenster im Sommer schlafen kann.

Zeer mooi appartement op tweede verdieping (Flossplatz) en met lift te bereiken. Snel en stabiel internet. Grote kamer en aparte keuken met eettafel. Vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. Bad en regendouche. Zeer mooi ingericht met goede spullen. Zelfs gratis huurfietsen. 10 minuten lopen van centrum. Afzuigkap werkte niet en afvoer wastafel was wat verstopt.

mooi appartement, mooi ingericht, schoon, netjes, erg comfortabel, licht. Goede ontvangst vwb afhalen sleutels. Gratis gebruik fietsen is super! verkeerslawaai valt mee, maar houdt er rekening mee dat je dicht bij de noodgevallen opname zit van het ziekenhuis. heel af en toe een helicopter.....

недалеко от центра города на сайте дана ложная информация об апарт-отеле Studio 44. 1. На карте указано место положения ресторана МИО, где работает хозяин отеля и у него надо брать ключи. А сам отель находится в другом районе, в клиническом университетском комплексе на пересечении ул. 18 Октября и Йоханесаллее. Этот район является деловым, университетским, в нем отсутствуют продуктовые магазины и кафе. Продукты приходилось покупать в центре и везти на трамвае до отеля. 2. Сам апарт-отель находится в отреставрированном здании больницы ( клиники?), в котором до сих пор сохранился характерный больничный запах болезней и лекарств. 3. Немало острых впечатлений добавляет вертолетная площадка, которая расположена на крыше соседнего клинического корпуса, напротив окон отеля, особенно, когда медицинский вертолет взлетает или садится ночью с ревом и гулом. Плюсом являются и скорые машины, которые с завыванием привозят больных в любое время суток. 4. Цветовая гамма номера бело-серо-черных расцветок угнетает любое самое солнечное настроение. 5. При всех заявленных "дизайнерских" решениях телевизор расположен неудобно, с боку одной кровати, при ночниках невозможно читать, не хватает освещения, не понятно, как включается радио, нет возможности посушить полотенца и белье....Это не дизайн, а дизайнерские понты! 5. Добило требование хозяина, вернуть ключи в день отъезда ему в рестран МИО, а не оставить их на столике в отеле и захлопнуть дверь,как делают везде! Довольно сложно с чемоданами бегать по городу, чтобы отдать ключи... Самое негативное - жить в бывшей больничной палате, не пожелаю врагу!

Sehr stilvolles modern eingerichtetes Apartment, 10 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, sehr ruhig, Parkmoeglichkeiten gut. Habe mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

En härlig våning i ett charmigt område. Där fanns allt man behövde. Hade bil så det var enkelt att ta sig lite överallt. Kanske lite besvärligare om man inte har bil. Bara toppenbetyg verkligen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Die Lage, Das Haus in dem das Appartment ist, alles schön gemacht.Das Studio44 an sich. Die Ikea Qualität.(Bin aber auch kein Freund von Ikea Möbel). Sieht aber schön modern aus.
