Nice apartment in a great location. Full amenities.

A very warm, efficient and personal welcome from the landlady. The flat on Budapesterstrasse is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. And there is a lift. The comments from other guests about the lack of a liftobviously refer to a flat in another location. Details about this could be added to the description to avoid confusion.

The location is perfect! Nearby there are some good restaurants (ex.Amrit- very nice indian food) and the U-Bahn is 5 mins.away.

Every thing you would need was there. The location was ideal for all transport types, bus,underground and trains making it easy to plan my route to and from the airport and making it easy to travel the city. My host could not have been more friendly and made us feel very welcome. When I next stay in Berlin I would be very pleased to stay in the same apartment, loved it and did not want to leave.

Close to public transport and everything you need just outside the door. Very clean and tidy. It's just like a home away from home, modern design.

It´s a very nice studio appartement on a peaceful street on Berlin, close to the Rathaus and thé railway station. Very great decoration, quiet terrasse on the roof.

Appartement is on 7th floor without lift

Location, is rather far from center, not quite clear how to get into apartment building, had to call and wait for the owner to come down. No lift, got to climbe 8th floor. iPod station is not working for iPhone 4s. Pay only in cash, even if you stay one night have to pay cleaning fee, about 35 euro. I won't go second time, for less money rent a Holliday inn at Alexander plaza.

The aparment was very nice, spacious and clean. The owner was very kind and helpful.

This is a perfect 10. Very quiet apt. Perfect location near metro and bus line 200 right at the door to main attractions. Perfect welcome even if we were late. 2 balconies facing a treed garden. We will return...Richard

Sehr freundlicher Empfang

Centraal gelegen goed uitgerust appartement. Netjes en schoon, met parkeergelegenheid in de garage. Bus 200 die naar Alexanderplatz gaat stopt voor het gebouw. Dichtbij de Kudam.

De slaapbank is voor twee wat grotere kinderen (12 en 11 jaar) aan de krappe kant.

El piso era excelente: decoración, ubicación, servicios. Y la atención de la propietaria fue excelente.

Las persianas apenas mantener el apartamento oscuro, lo que puede causar problemas a algunas personas. no pudimos hacer uso de la lavadora y esto fue un problema. The blinds hardly keep the apartment dark, which can cause problems for some people. We couldn't use the washer and this was a problem for us.

Gute Lage in sehr ruhiger Gegend nahe an der Spree, trotzdem nahe an u- Bahn und S-Bahn Station gelegen (Abends sehr still). Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse mit Chillout Sofas und grossem Ausblick auf die Umgebung (inkl. Abendsonne). Super komfortables Bett!!! Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet und das Badezimmer und Dusche sind schön und modern. Es hat eine Musikanlage mit Ipod Docking- Station und einen Fernseher. In der gleichen Strasse hat es 2 Café's die super Frühstück anbieten, sowie einen Eis-Laden, einen Supermarkt und einen 24h Tankstellenshop. Mit der U-Bahn hat man ca. 10Min zum Kurfürstendamm (riesige Shopping-Meile). Dorothea (die Vermieterin) ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, gibt viele Tipp's und kennt sich in ganz Berlin aus. Super unkomplizierte und flexible Abwicklung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten absolut nichts zu beklagen, wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Das Apartement ist im 7. Stock und es hat keinen Lift, für fitte Leute kein Problem, sogar ein gutes Training... :) solange man nur 1-2 am Tag rein und raus geht, ist es nicht so schlimm.

Hallo und nochmals für alles Danke ;o) Das Apartment hat eine super lage ist angenehm und modern eingerichtet,es fehlte uns an nicht`s. ;o) ;o) ;o) Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist die Terrasse auf der man eine super Aussicht hat und Grillen kann man auch. Zu erwähnen ist die sehr nette Vermieterin die auch gerne mit anpackt um das Gepäckt nach oben zu bringen.(leider gibt es noch keinen Fahrstuhl,was sich aber ändern soll im Hebst) Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden immer wieder kommen. Appartement agréable, clair et bien situé. Chambre séparée pour les parents avec un grand lit. Lit d'appoint style clic-clac pour les enfants correct.

Petite surprise à l'arrivée : les appartements sont loués à un particulier (une femme pour être précis) => Il faut envoyer un mail ou appeler pour indiquer l'heure d'arrivée. Il n'y a pas de réception. Seul point vraiment négatif : le système d'ouverture / fermeture de la porte d'entrée. La clé a été remplacé par un système électronique qui marche 1 fois sur 2.
