The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful. The restaurant had great food and wine. Mexican and local fare. Covered Parking spot. Great view of castle, town, river and vineyards from room balcony. Easy 10 minute walk to castle and town center. Scenic. Great breakfast. Clean room. Big flat screen TV in room. Bathroom is very small. |

The hotel was lovely and the staff very nice. Free wifi was a plus. There is also a very nice restaurant downstairs. |

The balcony and view, the common areas are all excellent. The cleaniness. The staff were freindly. The breakfast excellent. Our double bed was a double bed with 2 single mattresses on it! Other than that it was all good. |

The hotel staff were pleasant and the view from the room was lovely. The room was very clean. The room was small (expected larger from the pictures). The beds are medium comfortable and you should bring your own pillow. |

The staff were extremely helpful. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river which was wonderful. Excellent breakfast each morning. The bathroom was extremely small |

Excellent hotel at a great location on the Mosel with very nice staff. Breakfast was incredible and the hotel owner spoke english very well. Great value for the money and overall this was the best hotel during our 12 day trip to Europe. No elevator. |

Excellent from 'check in' to 'check out'. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was just excellent. A delightful stay. I would definately recommend it. Keep up the good work !!! |

We had a big room with a double bed and a single one (we just requested a double room) it was spacious and clean. We travelled with a our dog, and it was great to have all that space. |

We stayed one night at which we got the manager up at 1am to let us in, due to a bike breakdown earlier in the night. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service and we will be back soon. |

The friendliness of the owners, a good breakfast and a clean room. The restaurant has good food for Mexican food lovers. The restaurant has not an extensive menu beside mexican and balkan food. |

Het is een goed hotel en alles ziet er netjes uit. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en het restaurant van het hotel is goed en niet overdreven duur. Het hotel ligt aan de weg langs de moezel en je wandelt makkelijk naar Cochem. Eigen parkeerplaats gratis. |

zeer vriendelijk eigenaars , zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer goede ontvangst, prachtig verzorgde kamers , fantastisch ontbijt waar werkelijk niets ontbrak,alsook de andere maaltijden waren zeer zeer lekker, fantastisch hotel waar we zeker nog terug gaan. wij kunnen geen enkele negatieve opmerking bedenken . |
