Arrangements trying to get the appartment key for access.

The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good with public transport, supermarket, etc. very close by. The room was very clean and organised. The only minor problem we encountered was that it was a bit stuffy in the August weather - perhaps if there was some sort of fan available. We would definitely stay again.

The Suite Berlin was exactly what I wanted --- I wanted to be close to Museum island and public transportation, and I really wanted a kitchen to be able to cook for myself. The room I stayed in was incredibly large for 1 person and the kitchen had everything i needed. Dorothea was very nice, and I enjoyed my time in the city.

Very close to Uban, quiet and nice

There was a problem with the bed but we managed to fix it by ourselves. No airconditioning - we happened on a 30 degrees day and it was hot...

Just returned from Berlin. This apartment is perfect place to stay in Berlin mostly because of its location. Just 10 min walk from Alexandr Platz and Hackesche Höfe is just around the corner, an underground station is just 50 m walk. About apartment: spotless, modern, with new furniture, just like on the picture, a bed is a little bit soft, but it’s up to taste. Many thanks to Alexandra for availability to make an early check-in and late check out.

Everything was perfect.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do głównych atrakcji turystycznych, wielkość apartamentu aż nadto wystarczająca dla rodziny 2+2. Okolica bardzo cicha - w nocy można spać przy otwartych oknach. Polecam.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, commerces a proximité, transports en commun, parfait pour découvrir Berlin. Et totalement équipé. Quant a la propriétaire, agréable et disponible, malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle nous attendait sur place.

Très joli appart, grandes fenêtres, hyper confortable ! Et surtout bien placé. La personne qui nous a remis les clefs était sympa, arrivée à l'heure et joignable au tel.

Ce n'était pas marqué au moment de la résa qu'il y avait 35 euros de frais de séjour (nettoyage chambre), seulement marqué une fois la résa effectuée ! Au final 135 euros c'est un peu cher...

gute Einrichtung des Appartements, die küche war sehr funktionell. Sehr sauber.

Perfekt betjening, kom til en glad og smilende ejer der havde fikset alt, selv kaffebønner var der til rådighed. Kan anbefales til alle. Perfekt beliggendhed og parkeringskælder.

Der var en lugt efter at der var blevet røget i lejligheden.

Appartamento accogliente funzionale ed accessoriato; personale molto ospitale!

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Ottima la posizione, si possono raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi di interesse turistico. La stazione della metro è vicina. Ci sono anche molti ristoranti nella zona.

Das sehr komfortable Apartment im 7. Stock mit direktem Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Wir sind als Familie dort gewesen (zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind 13 Monate alt). Nur hundert Meter zur nächsten U Bahn in der Weinmeisterstr. und weitere 320 Meter zur größeren S-Bahn am Hackeschen Markt. Von hier aus erreicht man alle Ziele/Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb Berlins in kurzer Zeit. Für mich als Marathonläufer ideal.

Da wir unsere Tochter mit dabei hatten, wäre ein barrierefreier Zugang sehr toll gewesen. Die Vermieterin pochte darauf, daß wir doch Ihre Tiefgarage nutzen sollten und zwar direkt vor und während der Ankunft. Abgesehen davon, daß uns die Tiefgarage für 20 Euro pro Tag eigentlich zu teuer wäre, wollten wir nach der fünfstündigen Anreise erst einmal ankommen. Für 15 Euro pro Tag haben wir uns dann überreden lassen, soll ja direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar sein. Leider war unser Parkplatz noch ein Stockwerk tiefer als der Fahrstuhl fährt, so daß wir wegen des Kinderwagens doch schwer zu schleppen hatten. Leider sind die U-und S-Bahnen in Berlin sehr häufig nicht mit einem Fahrstuhl oder einer funktionierenden Rolltreppe ausgestattet, so daß man mit einem Kinderwagen leider sehr viel zu schleppen hat.

Super Lage & sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar.

O apartamento é maravilhoso. Ideal para as minhas necessidades nessa viagem. A localização é ótima! Perto de excelentes lojas, restaurantes, pontos de taxi, estações de trem e outros.

хорошо оснащенные апартаменты, две двуспальные кровати, кофеварка и кофе и стиральная машина. От метро U-bahn? одна минута, от S-bahn минут 7. До александер плац минут 10.

La grandezza dell'appartamento. Molto Luminoso. Zona molto tranquilla. Comodo al centro città, ai mezzi di trasporto e ai servizi (farmacia-negozi etc.). Appartamento ben attrezzato

Плохо убран номер, постельное белье то ли грязное, то ли очень старое, посуда вымыта плохо.

Bien situado

Las sabanas estaban sucias. La persona encargada de darnos las llaves del apartamento se desentendió tan rápido como pudo y al día siguiente ni nos recordaba.

L'appartamento si trova in zona centralissima a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro. Lo stabile in cui si trova è veramente tranquillo, curato e piacevole. L'appartamento si trova al 6 piano, è comodo e ben equipaggiato. Arredamento nuovo, tutto quanto pulito e funzionale. Alexandra, la proprietaria, si è dimostrata cortese ed estremamente disponibile, consentendoci di tenere l'appartamento fino al tardo pomeriggio, prima della nostra ripartenza per l'aeroporto. The apartment is located in the central area a short walk from the metro. The building in which it is really quiet, nice and pleasant. The apartment is on the 6 floor, is comfortable and well equipped. New furniture, everything clean and functional. Alexandra, the owner, is very kind and extremely helpful, allowing us to keep the apartment until late afternoon, before we leave the city to go to the airport.

La grande stanza che costituisce il soggiorno e la camera da letto, ha una grande vetrata che consente una piacevole vista nel cortile interno (si vede la punta della colonna della tv di Alexander Platz), nonostante I grandi tendaggi fa filtrare un po' di luce la mattina, ma nulla di così insopportabile. Il Wifi ha un segnale molto debole e prende a sufficienza solo in alcuni punti: questa l'unica pecca dell'appartamento, sebbene sia un servizio accessorio. La connessione c'è, ma si deve cercarla un po' con il lanternino. Apartamento confortável e com uma excelente localização

Bellissima camera, molto moderna, posizione davvero centrale nella città, collegata ottimamente tramite metro, nelle vicinanze aveva tutto l'occorrente. La proprietaria si è resa disponibile ad accoglierci addirittura prima dell'orario di arrivo scritto sulla prenotazione.

Il segnale del Wi-fi era spesso molto basso o assente, la mattina in camera entrava parecchia luce nonostante lo spesso tendaggio, ma questo è tipico dei paesi esteri.

Tolle Lage.

Der Müll und die Leerflaschen der Vormieter waren nicht weggeräumt, die Küchenkasterl waren schmutzig (haben wir außen gereinigt, innen sind sie wahrscheinlich noch immer schmutzig), die Fliesenwand bei der Badewanne würde einmal einen Kalkreiniger vertragen. In die Betten sinkt man ca. 15 cm ein - mag nicht jede/r!
