Les chambres n'étaient pas aux noms des personnes séjournant dans les chambres mais au nom de la personne ayant réservé.

Personnel très agréable. Très bons lits. Au calme mais très facile d'accès car juste à l'extérieur du périphérique.

Novotel Suit was very good, room was comfortable, hotel staff was good and cooperative. it is value for money.

location of the hotel is far from city center. i used rent a car for my trip due to distance from city center, however have to pay additional parking fee for the car, becuase hotel is using a public parking.

Breakfast extra 12 Euros. Not close to subway or restaurants. Near company offices. Roll out bed uncomfortable. No lock on bathroom. "Spaceship" feel to the rooms and the elevator.

Convenient location (well connected), good rooms, good breakfast, courteous & friendly staff

There was no exhaust in the toilet

It was good that there were 3 beds in the room and a room divider was excellent as we were travelling with two small children. The kitchenette facilities were also very handy. The room standard was good. The size of the room was not bad.

It was difficult to use for public transport. With a double pram and two small children the underground was better for us than the tram, however this was a fifteen minute walk away. We chose the suites because of the room size, the beds and kitchenette however it was difficult because it was far away from the city centre and we really wanted to be closer.

1- Price of 2 rooms (suites) we had in the time of over-priced hotel rooms all over Munich which is a shame on the city officials as they allow hotels to keep increasing their prices for nothing. 2- Location. 3- Reasonable car parking price (8 Euro per 24 hours)

1- Staff makes you feel you are in McDonalods (Do your things by yourself, we don't do you anything except of check in & out) 2- Hotel Manager is hibernating not available and not there for anything. 3- Left has to stop at Ground Floor wither u r going from basement to upper floors or the vice versa. Left Must stop at gf :-) !!! 4- Breakfast is very poor, area for breakfast is crowded. 5- Reception Counter is a Bar (I'm not joking). 6- tv Channels: They are offering Dubai tv!!??? Come on! What's in there ? someone should tell the hotel that this is a Government local channel, they should put alarabia or aljazeera or bbc Arabic (Something for news) not local government channel.

A nice outside area to relax and have a drink.

When we left a very rude receptionist came out to our taxi and insisted we give he 25 euro for cleaning the room, even through there was nothing left behind so only the beds needed making!

In the morning ,the hotel have tea/coffee ,bread ,cookies etc. for customers ,free of charge, at the lobby with a very lovely words" don't leave the hotel with hunger,let us take care of you..." ,maynot the exact wording but give the feeling of warmest of their hospitality.We're very impressing.

Barking cost moor than 8 euro in adeay ..bad clining staf not helpful no kitchin in the room just microwiv.

Actully iliked the hotel becouse it was under my budget and the children were staying for free also the breakfast for the adult was cost 9.90 euro and the children for free.

Mmm, nothing much except the blanket was un tidy like they just put it on the bed . ather thing it was ok with a + . but to tell u the truth iwill stay in this hotel again ,,,
