Very clean and wide room.

Very well located for city center sightseen. Silent and staff very kind. We also could leave the bag in a room after we checked out, very handy for travelers like us!

I really was impressed about the furniture and everything was perfect clean and organized.

Really big rooms - clean, modern, well designed. Great value!

I liked everything about this hotel my daughter loved it as in the room the internet was free as was the movies of which there were plenty to choice from. The rooms were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel has a superb location all within a 5-10 min walking distance of postdamer platz, the gate, reichstag and checkpoint charlie and there is a s bahn just outside, also there is good bars and restaurants very close to it. All in all I had a great time and this hotel made it. I would definately use this hotel again anytime i'm back in berlin

The 3 person room was modulable - we could seperate sleeping areas. Clean, nice lamps :-) sanitary area compact but nice.

I'd prefer to have breakfast incl. and free parking. Also, while reception was open 24h, we could only check in till midnight, which made driving towards Berlin quite a race.

Everything was wonderful

The only problem was with the Internet. I've been told on the reception that free Internet is available in the rooms via cable. But in my room it didn't function, and even after I reported the problem to the receptionist, nothing changed. Other ways of connection were rather inconvenient. WiFi costs 7 euros a day and works only on 5th and 6th floors (unfortunately I've been living on the 3rd). 2 computers near the main entry are always occupied, and one has to wait in the line.

Staff were too few, maybe too in-efficient, and therefore too busy to provide good service. The room was good, but altogether too little value for money

At an excellent location, far enough away form the hubbub, but close enough to even walk to the hubbub if you felt like a long walk. If not, the train station (S) is literally across the street. The rooms are very modern, extremely clean and well designed. The media center is an excellent idea. Internet access is excellent and free, although it is confusing in the descriptions whether it is free or not. What you get is free wired internet (everything is provided), and I suppose one would have to pay for wi-fi access if one just had to have it.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable & bathroom doors did not allow much privacy, especially in a room for 3.

Too close to the S-bahn. Very beautiful room. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet location. They give you free coffee and cake to go in the mornings!!! Very polite and helpful staff.

Breakfast is good but I expected better. Additionally it is very expensive (12euros per person).

The size of the room. Comfortable for 2 persons with other sleepingryth'ms. The free nice movies. Close to bahnhoff. Free coffee in the morning.

We had to ask for the acuipement to be able to use the tv for internet. I had rather they would just give it to me by chekking in. (excuse my English)
