At an excellent location, far enough away form the hubbub, but close enough to even walk to the hubbub if you felt like a long walk. If not, the train station (S) is literally across the street. The rooms are very modern, extremely clean and well designed. The media center is an excellent idea. Internet access is excellent and free, although it is confusing in the descriptions whether it is free or not. What you get is free wired internet (everything is provided), and I suppose one would have to pay for wi-fi access if one just had to have it. |

Location to most of the tourist attractions in Berlin. Family members could not see the television while sitting on the sofa and another was sitting on the bed. |

Clean rooms, staff was friendly & helpful. Beds were extremely uncomfortable & bathroom doors did not allow much privacy, especially in a room for 3. |

Too close to the S-bahn. Very beautiful room. Very comfortable and clean. Quiet location. They give you free coffee and cake to go in the mornings!!! Very polite and helpful staff. Breakfast is good but I expected better. Additionally it is very expensive (12euros per person). |

The room was very spacious and clean with a nice flatscreen television. It's a 5 minute walk to Potsdammer Platz and the hotel is 30 seconds from the S-bahn. So it's a good location for sightseeing. When we wanted to stay another night, the employee booked it on the internet for us so we could have the same discount as via booking.com. |

The size of the room. Comfortable for 2 persons with other sleepingryth'ms. The free nice movies. Close to bahnhoff. Free coffee in the morning. We had to ask for the acuipement to be able to use the tv for internet. I had rather they would just give it to me by chekking in. (excuse my English) |

Liked the fact the you could watch movies for free in your own language. That you could serparate the room with the room dividers. And the huge tub, my daughter love it! The bed was a little too firm. |

Great size room with excellent facilities for my disabled wife. A small problem was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. The safe parking in the basement made life easy. Free internet in the room was a boon for me to keep in touch with work. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait. The smell in the room, at first. Room had not been used for some time and the trap in the shower had evaporated, the staff were quick to offer air freshener or to move us to another room. I resolved it by working out the problem and filling the trap with water, but why oh why are people still allowed to smoke in rooms as it even permeates the corridor? |

The room was great for our needs - 4 students traveling together. The room was very functional with space for all of us. The breakfast was very overpriced, but we were able to find a grocery store to purchase food and keep in the refrigerator in the room. I would also recommend having something to put over the openings on the bathroom door, so groups of mixed genders can use the shower/bath without having to use the room dividers. |
