スタッフはとても上品で親切でした。部屋はうっとりするほど美しく、ウェルカムドリンクとフルーツがあり、- 朝食も種類が豊富でおいしく、エレベーターなどの施設も問題なく、荷物も預かってくれ、とにかく五つ星にふ- さわしい素敵なホテルでした。次回行くときはまたここに泊まりたいと思います。 |

あのサービスでこの価格は非常にお得だった。窓からはフラウエン教会が見え、鐘の音が中世に思いを馳せさせ- た。ホテルの隣に日本人経営のワインショップがあり、アイスワインとワインジャムはお勧めです。 |

The facility and amenity of the hotel was very luxurious and the room rate was very cheap. The location is very convenient, just near Frauenkirche (it could be difficult to find the hotel if you simply follow their address, because the entrance is facing another street). I would expect better concierge service for this type of hotel. Water temperature for the bath was low during the night. |

It is really a first class hotel, which greats your with a glass of sparkling wine while the details of the room are being attended to and your baggage is taken to your room. There is currently a lot of construction in the area, which is central to the Fraukirche so their bookings have suffered. In short, excellent value for money. |

Hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. Services and facilities are very good. Staffs are friendly. Weather information was given automatically in the room and updated everyday. The noice from the construction work next to the hotel. |

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable as well as helpful with recommendations & directions of the local area. I would recommend without hesitation and stay there again, if ever in the area. The only problem I had was that you did not forward my reservation to the hotel! They needed the confirmation number which, Fortunately for me I was able to access on my phone. Once I was able to provide them your confirmation number everything was perfect |

The staff provide exceptional service and are extremely friendly and the rooms are large and beautifully appointed There is nothing to not like about this hotel and I only wish all hotels in which I stay would be like this one |

1. The location. 2. the upgarde we got 1. It was very difficult to find the entrance of the hotel. 2. we didd not find any indication anywhwe that works were done in the hotel. So it was very nosy. I am not shure that I can recommand this hotel, even if the rest was fine. |

Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. We had no soap in the bath room. A small item, but small things set you apart. This was not a big deal to us. |

Everything was superb. The staff were friendly, helpful and responded rapidly to requests of all kinds. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The restaurant Maurice was expensive, but given the standards of both food and service, more than justified the cost. |

die Lage, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück Die Einrichtung ist etwas überdekoriert, das Zimmer war viel zu klein und eng. Obwohl das Personal sehr bemüht war, klappte manches nicht so ganz im Service. |
