Superbude Hotel Hostel St.Pauli  

Everything is brand-new and pretty well designed. Very stylish and simple. Breakfast for additional price but that was a good choice of food. The location is excellent: lots of bars, cafes and fruit markets. Just across the hotel one can find small shop to buy fish sandwiches. The centre is reachable by S- and U-Bahn, at the hotel also one can borrow a bike (we didn't try but it supposedly included in price).

well, many young and not very people staying there can be noisy coming back from a bar but it didn't disturb us too much

The hostel was really good for a stag do, exactly what we needed. The hostel was funky and the main strip is 10 mins walking.

The only issue we had was even though we had the full address of the superbude hostel, the taxi drivers would refuse/claimed they wouldnt take us to the hostel. I know its not the hostels fault but after a few pints was very irritating. Also we have an email claiming we didn't have to pay the city tax as the hotel was going to. So when we checked out, i was a bit confused when we had to pay 44 euro's for this as the rule was changed and we hadn't been informed. I hope this can be looked into.

The place is über cool , very funky decor and unique style of hotel. Breakfast is only €8 and worth every penny. Rooms are a good size and have everything you need.

The location is not perfect for the reeperbahn but is very good for the nice parts of Hamburg.

Super-friendly staff, nice reception area with bar, good wi-fi, excellent location, good not typical breakfast, cleaning service worked perfectly well. We also liked the relatively hard beds.

We could use some more comfort in the rooms. There is no table so you can't do any computer work in the rooms without neck pains, also the night lamps were too bright, there were no glasses for drinking water and non-detachable shower in the bathroom. Luckily the wash basin was deep & big enough to wash our 19 months old girl :)

I stay in many hotels, but this one was really completely different - in a very positive way. Don't let the "one star" scare you away. Fascilities were great - and theoption for 4 bed rooms and "Rock Star suites" are great for families with kids.

Very clean and I liked the salon area - you could get snacks and use the computer, or just relax. this was very handy on our last day when we had checked out of our room. Quite a relaxed atmosphere, and nice breakfast though not a huge choice of things.

The location wasn't ideal with kids, no grocery shops nearby, many bars, very scruffy. You couldnt even get a bottle of Sprite and I didn't want to pay 2.50 for trendy bitter lemon which kids dont like. We found a couple of neighbourhood supermarkets eventually but wouldn't go to this place again with children.

Prima locatie, binnen 10 minuten met de bus in het centrum! Leuk en trendy hotel met aardig personeel. Als je op zoek bent naar een goede plek in Hamburg; zoek niet verder - this is the place to be!

Great ambience. Lovely kitchen area. Nice breakfast (and only for 8 Euros!), including loose leaf teas and good bread. Convenient location, quiet street. Excellent prices. Polite staff. I felt really good about being in this hotel and will try to come back given a chance.

The blankets in my room (240) were pretty short and almost too small for me (174cm), for someone taller could be worse. Some of the design (coat hangers, coat hooks) were innovative but useless/inconvenient, I wish I could use something that actually works ;). Bathroom offers only one body/hair/everything soap/shampoo which leaves the skin way too dry. Finally, towels were a bit too rough. As much as I love the lobby area and the concept, I wish that the management would keep developing the property with an eye on comfort for the rooms.

The hotel ,was V.good,i would definitely stay there again,not difficult to find buses easy to get to centre,train station closer than I thought ,most of the public very helpful if you look lost,

Very dark at night,the area could look intimidating ,but not as bad as it looks ,if in doubt try walking down some street s in the day,to get your bearings.lots of homeless,

I liked the special interior decoration and design of the rooms. Everything was nice and clean. Big rooms with good beds. We'll be back

Maybe a little cold, but it was also in the wintertime, som we just turned up the heat.

Superbude has really friendly staff, well designed rooms and a fun and friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Good value room rates. Spacious rooms, everything you see if made from recycled material and presented in urban style. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

We really appreciated the style of this hotel because was very easy and friendly. Next time we would like to stay in the rock suite, it should be great! :)

We were very hot at night even without our radiators on so found sleep disrupted. The need was a bit too springy/bumpy.

Friendly staff, really cool area and the most amazing design fit out. They also did a great breakfast and had huge, new bathrooms. I would recommend any one to stay here.

The room which we stayed is a double room and is very simple but really adequate and impressive. The reception, lobby and the breakfast area are all connected and i really enjoy to have a breakfast or a coffee break there. It is more likely to be an hotel than a hostel.
