I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the room service, the bed was extremly comfortable, the art wotk on the walls in the guest areas was very nice. I did not like the fact that the movie on demand system did not work, and could not be fixed, and I was not offered any other option. The carpet could have done with a clean, stains on it. |

Beautiful and impeccably maintained, the hotel is in an excellent location fto see the city center and enjoy the adjacent greenbelt/canal. It was a very short walk to the historical sights, quaint dining, and modern shopping area. This was one of many hotels (for the same rate or higher) that we stayed in during a three-week driving trip through four countries, and was by far the nicest. Wish we could have stayed longer! We were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay. |

The hotel is centrally located. very comfortable and nice we have booked room for 2 guests, bathrobe and slippers were only for 1. No pool and fitness facilities. |

This hotel is very chic and top modern. The comfort was excellent and breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, even in a five-star hotel. The air conditioning could not be turned off, only the temperature could be set at a level which was apparently too high for it to re-start during the night, which would mean it making noise again ... |

Nice hotel more luxury type, large and confortable room, nice bathroom and bed. The hotel has no parking, and that is a big minus for it. Another small remark: the office chair in the room should have wheels ! I guess everyone is used to that and you try to move it but it is stucked !Another comment: breakfast very expensive for what it is. |

We chose this hotel because of the reputation. This hotel is modern and with nice artwork decorations. They have good breakfast, especially the green tea and also have friendly staffs from the concierge! Only few minutes walk to town, very convenient! Besides of these, next to the hotel, there's a real nice cafe with good gelati opened by the Italians and a nice deli too! When we first went into the room, there were two or three flies flying around and quite annoying; we can't open the windows so we had to open the room's door for short while to let them fly away.... told the concierge, they explained because of the weather is getting warm and it might happen but they will have the housekeeping to pay more attention - it's the only disappointment... |

The hotel was exceptionally stylish and the service very good. The room was excellent but a bit noisy - on the cafe side of the hotel but it dod not interrupt my sleep. No, it was very good |

The lateness of my arrival did not cause any inconvenience to anyone. I arrived at 23.20 and was able to enjoy a meal at the bar and was not hurried or made to feel a nuisance. |

In my view a fantasic hotel. The staff were excellent (friendly and helpful) and they had a welcome pack for my dog ready in the room (bed, food mat and water bowl). The hotel is a nice mix of modern/designer and comfort. The hotel restaurant looked nice, but all the dishes, including fish had meat in them. This is really offputting for a vegetarian. |

the central location of the hotel the breakfast area was badly laid out and messy. both mornings we arrivied down for breakfast and there were alot of dirty tables that hadn't been cleared, we had to ask both mornings for a table to be cleared |
