Location.

Warning - they are making extra 100 Eur charge to your card kind of safety deposit for breakfast and minibar. After check out paying all total that amount still stays as charged several weeks and no one cares to cancel it. Very unfriendly. I do not recomend that hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location of the hotel was very central and convenient. The hotel was very well presented and clean.

The reception staff were very friendly and very efficient. The fact that the hotel had a much-needed wheelchair.

Being charged for the use of a wheelchair. No instructions on how to operate the room air conditioning/heating.

Great location. Stylish architecture. A nice vibe as you walk into the reception hall. Nice sauna/steam bath/wellness area.

The gym could offer a little more stuff.

Gym is very bad - a couple of cardio machines and a single stack of dumbbells (20 kg max). That it! - they call it "modern gym". Parking is NOT on site. It's a few minutes away from hotel.

The location close by the city park, Walle anlage. The staff is professional and attentive.

No CNN! It should also be possible to get an early morning espresso outside of the full breakfast. Also the room lighting is not balanced

The staff was very courtious, friendly, and proactive to anticipate the needs of guests. The bellman took the time to explain the guest room features (safe, key-card, electricity, etc.).

More obvious information (other than the spot in the elevator) about the spa facilities. I probably would have used the spa services had they been more prominent. That not to say it was something I didn't like, but having a brochure or stand close to the reception desk would have enticed me to go as well as bring business to the spa.

Location handy to old town and public transport.

Great nlocation.

The car park was a public paying car park which was about 100 Meters away in open space. In otherf words not good from a mobility point of view or in detremental weather conditions.

Lack of a car garage. Do not think about coming to this hotel with a lot of luggage. There was no one to help upon our arrival. I would have preferred to stay in the Park Hotel.

Clean, central good service and food

location - 5 minutes walk to centre and 5 minutes to train station. Right beside tram stop. Free public transport pass - ask at reception on arrival and you get a free pass for trams and buses for duratio nof your stay. Great bonus. Luxury touches - toiletries, dressing gowns, slippers etc in room Staff - welcoming and friendly on arrival and departure. Cleaning of rooms - clear system in place for changing towels and bedding. Look out for the "green leaves" for how the systems work. Cleaning staff efficient and unobtrusive throughout stay. Beds - large and extremely comfy Shower - very good.

Meals at hotel would have been prohibitively expensive - but so many good eating places close by this did not cause difficulty. It is in a lively location with bars, cafes and clubs really close by - but this was more a background noise than really loud - it didnt disrupt our stay.

From the start they were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All staff very friendly and the hotel lived up to its status. Pillow menu was especially good.

Shower difficult to access in deep bath as the screen was fixed so manoeuvering was difficult especially for those with less mobility like myself.

Excellent room

The "real" double bed (in contrast to two attached single beds in Germany) was very comfortable. The "real" double quilt (in contrast to two single quilts in Germany) was light and warm- cosy. The reasonable size of pillows (in contrast to huge ones in Germany) were very convenient. It is not easy to find such a good bed and sleeping quality in Germany. The breakfast was great. Good value for money.

The spa area was not satisfactory. There is no swimming pool, no relaxing pool, no jacuzi.
