Dislocation place is superb for shopping, night life. Small rooms, no SPA, no swiming pool. If you want to go to your room from the street, you must use 2 lifts (it take some time to wait for them...). Breakfast is overpriced (comparing to that you get), on Saturday morning there was queue to get breakfast (it is not normal to wait for 15 minutes to take a seat in a breakfast room).

Excellent hotel, staff were superb. Clearly a recently built hotel as everything seemed well designed. Room was very comfortable. Location handy. No on-site swimming pool? Wi-fi Internet not cheap... Should be free. Got a room overlooking central court rather than outwards towards kurfurstendamn. No decent pubs nearby!

The concierge was decidedly unpleasant and gave every indication that guests asking for help were a disturbing nuissance to him. Apart from his personal aggression and abrasiveness he was not competent for the job in objective terms. F.ex.he failed to inform me of the 25% discount on theater tickets if you had the Berlin Card. That cost me a lot of money because I bought tickets for 300 eur.

Very good location, friendly staff, free internet in the lobby and big room (Nespresso coffee machine very usefull), everything was perfect. If we return to Berlin we will definnitly choose this hotel again.

The helpfullness and friendliness of all the staff that we met.good location Pillows were too soft. Need to be more firm and proper double bed not two single beds shoved together.Also thought breakfasts were too expensive

The position is perfect to visit Berlin, it is very close the underground, the staff is polite and it's a very nice place to stay The bed was a quite hard for me and it was a little bit unconfortable to sleep, the hotel doesn't offer you tea or chocolate for the nespresso machine

Everyone was friendly. I was unfortunate to get a cold, and the people at the bar brought me a thermos with hot water and lemon every evening. We got help every time we asked for something. The hotel is situated at the perfect place, both public transportation in and out of town, shops and cafés were around the corner, and the nice discounts on the hotel price were also helpful when we chose this hotel. The Wi Fi is 12 euro per day, something strange for a contemporary situation! Should be free, knowing how many come for business trips. The two computers in the lobby are hardly to supply the need of everyone, there has always been a couple of persons wanting to get on the internet.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. We were greeted well, shown around before we were sent to the room. The service was exceptional. The service guys were available within 5 mins of a call. The rooms were clean, good utilization of space and the view from the room was perfect is you are celebrating a weekend. Nothing that I can think of apart from the fact the cellphone reception at the hotel was nil! Absolutely nothing inside the rooms. We had to use the hotel phone which was extremely expensive.

The staff were fantastic - every person was so helpful and so pleasant - I cannot highlight this enough. The location was very convenient, so close to shops, the u bahn etc Cleanliness in the rooms and in the hotel in general was excellent. The gym was very poor for a 5 star hotel. Had I been on a leisure trip this would not have annoyed me. I felt the rooms were more 'basic' than 'minimal'. I felt the bar food menu was a menu for a low 4 star hotel, not a good 4 star/ 5 star. However, the food was nice.

Everything! The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming without being too much. The hotel was always spotlessly clean and tidy. The location was fantastic for shopping, eating and drinking and the Zoo Gardens train station was a two minute walk away.

Very near to main shopping streets, metro and railway. Nespresso in the room Friendly and accommodating staff The main entrance to the hotel is kind of obscured and there is a need to take the elevator to the hotel lobby. It is fine though.
