Dislocation place is superb for shopping, night life.

Small rooms, no SPA, no swiming pool. If you want to go to your room from the street, you must use 2 lifts (it take some time to wait for them...). Breakfast is overpriced (comparing to that you get), on Saturday morning there was queue to get breakfast (it is not normal to wait for 15 minutes to take a seat in a breakfast room).

Excellent hotel, staff were superb. Clearly a recently built hotel as everything seemed well designed. Room was very comfortable. Location handy.

No on-site swimming pool? Wi-fi Internet not cheap... Should be free. Got a room overlooking central court rather than outwards towards kurfurstendamn. No decent pubs nearby!

Very good location, friendly staff, free internet in the lobby and big room (Nespresso coffee machine very usefull), everything was perfect. If we return to Berlin we will definnitly choose this hotel again.

Excelent staff, excellent design, excelent facilities.

The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. We were greeted well, shown around before we were sent to the room. The service was exceptional. The service guys were available within 5 mins of a call. The rooms were clean, good utilization of space and the view from the room was perfect is you are celebrating a weekend.

Nothing that I can think of apart from the fact the cellphone reception at the hotel was nil! Absolutely nothing inside the rooms. We had to use the hotel phone which was extremely expensive.

Everything! The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming without being too much. The hotel was always spotlessly clean and tidy. The location was fantastic for shopping, eating and drinking and the Zoo Gardens train station was a two minute walk away.

Excelent hotel, the rooms are clean and modern, the staff is very friendly, breakfast delicious.

There is no swimming pool.

We stayed at the hotel some six years ago. Still a top class hotel in every way. We hope to stay again sometime this year.

It has a more simple design than necessary

Internet in rooms is much too expensive - should be free. Breakfast is way too expensive. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel, very conveniently located, very helpful staff.

Much luxury, such as a nespresso machine on the room. The bathroom had a shower and a bath, which was also very convenient. The staff helped us excellent during our stay.

What we didn't like was the bed. It was too hard and the blanket was too small for the width of the bed, therefore we were fighting over the blanket all night. We discovered the extra blanket on the morning we left. The pillows were too soft. The spelt pillows from the pillow service were too hard, they depended too much on gravity.
