The personnel around the hotel are truly kind and helpful. Remember to pay a visit to the sauna, which not a lot of people seem to be using. Perfect way to round up a snowy day in Berlin!

No free internet connection in our room. Should be expected from a five star hotel in 2013. Beds use ”Tempur” matrasses, which are pretty firm to sleep on, and may not suit everyone.

Its situation in Berlin was fantastic, everything was so close by. Shops, travel points etc.

The bed was very hard

its funny how one person at the hotel bell desk can make your whole stay so memorable. The guy Ilyas was such a joy and informative lad, that he made this hotel so very comfortable for us. All services were good and its good value for money.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Haven't a clue where else to go with it. My check-in was delayed, however they went way out the way to make sure I was comfortable. Perfect location for the entire city with in very few steps. Hats of to Swissotel Berlin.

The beds were really uncomfortable. There were 2 single beds. All the time they moved and a great space occured between the two beds.

I absolutely loved this hotel, it’s close to everything, the staff is great and very helpful... if I go to Berlin again, this hotel will be my no. one choice.

I came to the hotel relatively early in the morning from an overseas flight. The staff person, a lovely women, was gracious about helping me identify alternatives to spend in Berlin until the room was available and providing access to the spa area to clean up and change clothes for sightseeing. I was so very impressed!!! So, you and your staff get my highest ratings... for the care and thoughtfulness.

Entree to hotel! Because you have to use the elevator twice to get to your room. It's a bit problem, I dıdn't like ıt.

The location was great. The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly.

It was very business orientated... We were under the impression the parking was included in the room price (which was very expensive) but it wasn't and we had to pay extra for it. We had problems with the Internet working.

Very clean Wonderful staff Location

In one bed two matrasses. It was impossible to sleep, the matrasses moved all the time. The bathroom is very small, almost claustrophobia.....

Lovely spacious modern room. Lovely comfortable beds and loved the Nespresso coffee machine! Great location for shopping and city tours and within walking distance of good restaurants. Friendly staff.

Hairdryer in the room was rubbish! Concierge wasn't that helpful when asking for information on shopping. Breakfast too expensive so ate out.

View is not so good. I cannot see the city skyline, in my window because the window face to the inner side of the building.

Free wi fi exist only in lobby, if you want it in your room it's eur12 per day. I know that it's a common thing but still...

The whole experience was excellent in terms of location, staff, comfort and food etc. It was good value for money although possibly at the top end of the price range in relation to other offers we subsequently received nearer to our dates.
