Restaurant 44 (restaurant in the hotel) is the best we have ever experienced. Location is awesome. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice decor. Great rooms. Overall a very pleasant experience, I will stay here again. No toothpaste / floss water in the bathroom. No free internet. |

The location just a few minutes walk from Zoo station and right beside the Kudamm shopping street. Also the breckfast which was included in the price was excellent. No - everything was great |

Wonderfull, friendly and well trained staff. I´m definitely staying there again next time. Not really. The only thing I should mention is that I think the breakfast price is too high. Like most hotels I stayed in this trip, Swissotel Berlin charged an average price of 19-20 Euros per person. Just go around the corner and get a 9 Euros breakfast and be happy. |

Courtesy, friendliness of staff and their attention to detail was excellent. Immediately on arrival one was made feel welcome. Each and every request during our stay was fulfilled promptly and efficiently. Staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel has an excellent location. Breakfast is expensive. |

Politeness and efficiency of staff. The breakfasts were excellent: plenty of variety and good service. We dined in the hotel's Restaurant 44. The tasting menu, apart from a rather bland desert, was delicious. They may well achieve one Michelin Star if all deserts are of an excellent standard. City centre location meant there was easy access to all forms of public transport. The hotel is on the Kurfurstendam which is one of the main arteries of Berlin with a selction of good shops and the City Hop-On Hop-Off Bus is nearby (recommend that raeders take this overview tour as an informative introduction to the mian sites and attractions of Berlin). Overall, the hotel is in pristine condition and all the staff are friendly and eager to assist. Feather pillows did not give adequate support to head and neck. Bed was too firm. |

Its location and the facilities. Yes. On the second day, between 8.30 and 10.00 in the morning the maid opened twice our room. The one time I was coming out of the bathroom nude!!!! |

very comfortable hotel, I in particular liked my room and in-room coffee machine, the bed and quilt and sheets were all top quality. only that business centre they call, had only 2 PC's for use of the guests, and also such a hotel should have wider selection of TV programmes |

The hotel was wonderful and staff were very friendly and curtious, perfect location with plenty of bars and restaurants near especially Va Piano directly opposite. Breakfast was excellent and the al carte restaurant was superb but very expensive. We have stayed in a number of 5* hotels around the world and felt the rooms were not 5* due to size and only having one comfortable chair to sit in. We suppose its for security but it was unusual getting lift to foyer. |

The Swissotel Berlin is located in a shopping area with easy access to public transport if necessary. The hotel staff were among the most helpful and polite that we had ever encountered. |

great location, extremely clean, lavazza coffee, soundproofed rooms, good shower and bathtub, courteous personnel, easy and huge parking under the hotel, safe and secure environment Breakfast seemed rather expensive - but you can choose to go to Le Marche or Kranzler opposite the hotel. No swimming pool. |

Close to shopping streets and metro/bus/S line. Very attentive staff. Excelent breakfast. We were a family of 6 members, but hotel more suited for business. Small rooms. |
