Staff on reception were very kind. Lavazza Coffee Machine in the room is very good. Location is perfect. Classic bussines hotel. Internet is too excpencive (7,5€ for 30 min). Bathtub was not cleen. |

The location is excelent. The reception service and attention is outstanding. The linen in the breakfast room immaculate. The room service start knocking at the door at 8:20 in the morning on the day of the check out to find out what time we would leave the room.they knowcked 3 more times. We could check out at 3:00 pm according to our reservation. |

The room was clean and spacious. Well designed and comfortable with good amenities eg bathroom. The staff were helpful. The 2 sets of lifts is slightly annoying - can't get from your room direct to the ground floor but this is minor |

The Swiss hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The parking garage was also very nice. A real plus was the nice bathroom and espresso machine in the room free of charge. A great stay! Breakfast is really expensive, but there is a nice Marche nearby that offers a good value for breakfast. Otherwise, everything was perfect. |

The hotel was everything we expected. The rooms were comfortable, kept immaculately clean and were quiet. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful. We particularly liked the fact that internet connection was available - and free! |

Elegance in all respects. Polite and experienced hotel staff allways there when I needed them but only when and where I needed them. Location suited me perfectly. Will stay at the hoel next time I´m in Berlin |

Service at breakfast, (very friendly check in) - front desk - food availabale in the lobby any time, even when the restaurant is closed. One could not find your main bar around the corner, especially when the one in the lobby is dark. Do put an arrow or something on the wall towards the bar. |
