Central to town, train station and ski bus an easy walk with luggage etc. Very friendly staff with excellent English and local knowledge. Beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast was good, although they only put out a buffet of the continental breakfast and anything cooked is cooked to order - however no menus are provided. I know breakfast fare is pretty straight-forward, but the 'system' was not explained to us and and we had to work it out for ourselves by imitating others! Room was oppressively warm and no individual climate control in the room. We were in a cold mountain region and had come from an Australian summer of almost 40 degrees C and were still sweating whenever we walked into our room. |

The hotel offers an afternoon tea time at 4:00 PM. A very nice touch. The rooms were not large but very comfortable and nice. The staff was excellent |

It was very comfortable. Overall, the staff and service was excellent. I loved the location, being only 5 minutes from downtown and the train station. Breakfast was great. It didn't have wireless in the rooms. You had to go downstairs and pay for the service. It didn't have an iron in the room and I had to go to the cleaning ladies laundry room to iron a shirt. |

The room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Staff was extra friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The spa, though small, was very nice, clean and really offered a great way to relax. Garage parking is available for an extra fee, but we had no problem finding free street parking. I especially enjoyed tea time in the afternoons. |

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was ready early for us which was a big plus. There was no way to regulate the heat in our rooms other than to open the window. It was really hot. Also, when we checked in they told us breakfast was included for the first day but when we checked out they told us it was not and charged us, we wouldn't have eaten there had we known how expensive it was. |

What a wonderful start to our Holiday travels...after a long journey from Hawaii we were thrilled to arv to such outstanding accomodations. We couldn't have asked for a better location near the bahnhof and so many shops and restaurants...but why eat anywhere else??? The food at this hotel was most delicious! I was so impressed by their vast wine selection too. The entire staff was more than accomodating to our wants and needs, they even provided bathrobes for our stroll to the indoor swimming pool and spa which was soooooooooo clean and most relaxing. The hotel is only steps away from the city center where so much was going on with Christmas events...we even tried our luck at the local casino! We shall return!!! Aloha |

Highlight of our Christmas vacation to Germany -spacious, beautiful room with a breath-taking view, great pool and spa area, charming dining room with excellent food.Very attentive, friendly english speaking staff. All in all a fantastic ( great managed ) hotel which we highly recommend. |

Helpful friendly staff with good English. Excellent breakfasts, and more available than at first apparent. Immaculately clean. We had a lovely room (No 74), spacious with good usable space, wardrobes, good sized balcony and superb views. Easy parking. Room safe. Nice pool. Charge of 8 euro for (essential) swim robe. Very limited changing facilities for pool. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Very limited menu choice in evenings. No satellite TV (or poor range of channels if so). |

Terrific atmosphere, very spacious, wonderful breakfasts, tea in the garden, and very nice suites-in our group 4 adults shared a 2 bedroom mountain-view suite where we each our own bathroom and bedroom and plenty of living space with couches and chairs. Delightful hotel...if only they were all like this..... |

We were happy about all the hotel staff being very friendly!! Quality of the menu and service in the restaurant are especially good. Of course, the family-type connected sweet rooms are good enough to satisfy us. We would like to stay at this hotel again. |

Excellent accommodation and breakfast; good dinner although few options); pool was nice; outstanding location; fine mountain views from room windows; excellent service Sole elevator was out from time to time. We also stayed at this hotel for several days last autumn and had the same elevator problem. |

It is in a beautiful Alpine Town. The views are breath-taking. The staff is so very very helpful. The Hotel is located in a beautiful Bavarian Community and very close (250 m) to shopping, restaurants and great beer gardens. The room did not have a stand up shower only a tub with a hand shower--very European. |

The room was large, very comfortable and we enjoyed the spa a lot on a rainy day. Breakfast was also nice. As we left the hotel my friend who had also been staying cut his elbow very badly on the lift door of the hotel. He required stiches but the staff did not deal with the incident well; after handing us a first aid kit and saying, 'i am not a doctor' they carried on serving others as he bled on the front desk. A bad end to what would have been a otherwise nice stay in the hotel. |

The dinning was gourmet and outstanding. The gardens are pleasant and the location is convenient. This hotel is nice but does not live up to the quality I expect from a 4 star hotel. We payed more for this accommodation because of it's rating and we were disappointed. |
