Breakfast was ok but could also have some more variation.

Unflexible staff was absolutely not service oriented. Apart from that, old rooms, stupid internet rules where u must get the code every 12 hours. This place needs a fresh up not only in the technical sense but also in terms of how to manage a guest. Some very grumpy people are working there at the reception. No value for money.

Good location, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, and a cozy room.

The walls were a little thin. I could hear people talking in the hallway throughout the night.

I loved staying at this hotel, it was so nice. The breakfast was lovely, the decor was quaint and bright.

Only parts are renovated to todays standard. Ok if you accept to partly stay in the flavor of the fifties-sixties. This mainly applies to choice of colors etc.

Excellent, comfortable room. A good location near the centre of town and the station but in a quiet area. Very helpful staff. Good value, the complimentary tea and cake in the afternoon were very much appreciated.

The location of the hotel was fairly central to the things that we wanted to do (Christmas market, skiing, etc.). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice.

The strict adherence to time (e.g. sauna was only available between 3 and 7 and unusable at any other time). The washrooms in the rooms did not have a shower that was usable without getting the entire washroom wet.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The new spa was very good too after a day in the mountains. The location a short walk from the town centre was great.

The decor in some areas was a little tired - shabby chic. Our room wasn't as clean as it could have been but overall it was good.

Rooms were Nice, Breakfast was wonderful! Convenient to Tourist spots and shopping. Warm indoor pool. Staff were very Nice!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The option to get half-board (breakfast and dinner) was beneficial. The food was excellent and well- presented.Having a balcony with view of the Mountains was also a plus.

The staff was great and very accomadating. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and the breakfast buffett was large. Free parking, elevators and free wi-fi made it a good value.

All of the rooms don't have showers, so be sure to ask for a shower when booking if that is important to you.
