Die Mitarbeiter zeichneten sich durch besondere Höflichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Das gebuchte "Familienzimmer" war eine kleine Dachgeschosswohnung mit winzigen Fenstern. Das Badezimmer war für eine Person die größer als 180 cm ist nicht nutzbar. Ein Umzug wurde am nächsten Tag (nach Reklamation) ermöglicht. |
