Spacious appartement for good price in nice area. Clean appartement, friendly correct staff, design furniture. Flexible check-out times. Constructionwork(ers) from 09:00 in the morgning. The complex is not completely finished yet. |

ощущение, что ты находишься дома, а не в безликом гостиничном номере. очень хороший дизайн, наличие всего необходимого, возможность приготовить самим. я бы предложила сделать check-out немного позже. |

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut augestattet und sehr sauber.Berlin Mitte ist ein Superstadtteil: Restaurants, Cafés,Galerien,Museen etc. sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, U-Bahn 100m entfernt. Keine Rezeption bzw. nicht einmal Information am Haus, wie man zum Schlüssel kommt. Stelle es mir sehr unangenehm vor, wenn man abends spät anreist. |

ホテルではなくフラットを借りる感じ。 地元の人と同じような生活ができていい。 荷物を預けたい場合、スタッフが常駐してないので困難。 もう少し事前の説明があってもいいと思う。 キッチンがあっても調味料や石鹸など全て揃ってnはいないので記してあってもいいかも。 あの値段でバスタブがないのは残念。 洗面台が狭い。 |

Nach Hause kommen in die perfekte Wohnung. Herrlicher Luxus, ein sehr schönes Ambiente und eine Bandewanne, so unendlich tief, eine Regendusche und in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer pures Filmvergnügen nach kangen Shoppingtagen...ein Zuhause wie im Bilderbuch, Ruhe, Schönheit, hell und freundlich, modern und zentraler geht es kaum. Alles perfekt! |

Het appartement lag centraal, dichtbij het metrostation. De accommodatie was schoon en mooi en modern ingericht. Het appartement voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. |

Les deux seuls points appréciables ont été la luminosité dans le salon-salle à manger-cuisine et la télévision sans supplément. L'apparthotel n'a pas respecté le contrat de location, sans prévenir, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le plus petit appartement avec l'obligation de payer le même prix que pour un grand. L'appartement n'était pas même pas fini, il manquait des éléments à la cuisine. |

Net appartement en ontvangst. Geen 5 sterren. Veel geluidsoverlast van de buren. Geen magnetron, geen muziek installatie. Bed te klein en geen 2 persoons dekbed. |

Das design des Appartments war in Ordnung, aber nichts spezielles. Ich weiß nicht, wie dieses Hotel in die Auswahl der 5* gekommen ist. Der Zugang zum Appartment war kompliziert (2 Zuganggacodes und kein Hinwies in welchen der Hinterhäuser das Appartment ist). Es gab von der Rezeption nicht zu händelnde Probleme mit dem W-LAN-Anschluss und keinen direkten Ansprchpartner vor Ort. Zur Bezahlung sollte man ins Call-Center kommen. Für Businesskunden nicht akzeptabel! |

Relacion calidad/precio buena, la situacion excelente, el apartamento elegante y perfecto. No especifican en la pagina que no hay ascensor./Solo hay dos canales en ingles y uno en frances en la TV,los demas alemanes/la recepcion esta en otra direccion a 5 paradas de tranvia, no hay problemas, pero en la pagina no lo dice |

La ubicación, el mobiliario, la decoración, es perfecto! No tiene cortinas que oscurezcan la luz; ofrecen internet wireless pero la conección es deficiente (muy pobre y lenta) |
