A modern appartment inside an old city block. Quiet and comfortable. Good location to access all parts of Berlin via U-bahn Rather small bathroom. |

The apartment was modern, huge and clean, and in a funky area of Berlin. It was ideal for our purposes. There is no support staff. Everything, including picking up the apartment keys, was done through following phone instructions. It felt like a scene from a spy movie, but everything worked out fine. |

The apartment is beautifully appointed, the location is perfect to explore mitte and prenzlauer berg walking and right by the U train stop and M stops. Many shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. |

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles macht einen wirklich guten Eindruck. Leider ist das Bad extrem klein und es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, so dass man vom Straßenlärm nichts hört. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht so reibungslos funktioniert und die Vorauskasse hat mich gestört. |

Die Lage ist super, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage . Keine Park- bzw. Haltemöglichkeit vor dem Haus, um wenigstens das Gepäck auszuladen. Auschecken um 10.00 Uhr ist auch nicht sehr besucherfreundlich, wenn man am Abend zuvor ausgegangen war |

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment mit großer Wohnküche und kleinem Bad. Un-komlizierte gut organisierte Schlüsselübergabe und Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption. Schlafzimmer angenehm ruhig. |

Lo mejor fue que era muy nuevo y era acogedor. Además no tenías relación con nadie de recepción o del resto de apartamentos. Me parece que calificar este apartamento como de 5 estrellas es algo exagerado. No se puede decir que el lugar estuviera sucio, pero tampoco había una limpieza en relación a las 5 estrellas. Nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y tres días y en ningún momento nos limpiaron el apartamento ni nos cambiaron las dos miserables toallas. Ademas, las cortinas tenían churretes sospechosos. Nada que no se pueda pasar por alto pero en un hostal, no en un apartamento de esa categoría. |

L'appartamento è molto bello....funzionale e comodo...lo staff cordiale e disponibile... la reception è distante dagli appartamenti...sarebbe meglio avvisare il cliente prima della prenotazione!!!!! |

Sehr sauber und modern, ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da der Wohn-Ess-Bereich sehr großzügig gestaltet war (also auch zum Spielen geeignet) Leider kein Aufzug vorhanden (2. Etage), bei kurzen Aufenthalten aber noch machbar. Tiefgarage leider nur eingeschränkt verfügbar wegen Höhenbegrenzung (Duplex), aber wir hatten mit der Parkplatzsuche einigermaßen Glück. |

地下鉄の駅やスーパーのすぐ近くだったので便利だった。また、ベッドルームが別にあったので、子供が寝たあ- とも気を使わずに起きていられたので良かった。部屋は清潔で広々としていて、インテリアも素敵で快適に過ご- せた。 部屋の予約時点ではバスタブがあるように書いてあったはずだが実際には無かったこと。洗面所のボウルが小さ- すぎて、顔を洗うと周りが水浸しになるのでキッチンのシンクを使わないといけなかったこと。 |

La recepción está a una considerable distancia de los apartamentos, lo que obliga a los clientes a un gasto forzado en taxis, y todo ello con la molestia de las maletas, etc. A ello, se auna que en la semana que estuvimos de estancia no pasaron ni una vez a limpiar o entregar toallas u otros enseres, de hecho ni siquiera dispusimos de sábanas. Por otro lado, si es cierto que el apartamento está bastante acondicionado, es amplio y diáfano, el aseo, pues no merece la calificación de baño, apenas es de 2 ó 3 m2, apenas tienes espacio para una persona. Y en cuanto a lo de céntrico, es relativo, para nosostros no. |

Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement. Goede locatie maar er zijn wel bouwwerkzaamheden aan de gang in de nabije omgeving. Dit laatste betekent herrie vanaf ongeveer 8 uur 's ochtends. |

ощущение, что ты находишься дома, а не в безликом гостиничном номере. очень хороший дизайн, наличие всего необходимого, возможность приготовить самим. я бы предложила сделать check-out немного позже. |
