Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per stay for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Beautiful, finely-decorated and fully-equipped rooms, very quiet and comfortable block of flats. Very kind reception staff. The city area is very convenient for the S-metro from/to the airport and the U-metro from/to the city centre and West Berlin. There are also great places to drink and eat around. The creaking floors don't always help, but then again this is easily fixed. Also, the lack of elevator is not for the unfit or the lazy... |

Very close to transport links - one train from airport. Lovely large loft apartment, clean and stylish. Everything there we could have needed during our stay. Quiet area, with plenty of places to eat. We would recommend, and will stay there again. Heating was off when we arrived, and it took the 3 days of our stay to warm up the apartment. Radiators should have been turned up before our arrival, which was at the end of october. Some areas eg bathroom remain unfinished. |

We had to get up at 3:30 am to go to the airport and could not take a shower. The heating and the warm water was not at an acceptable level. |

Top class accomodation. Great spot in Schenusser Allee ... stuff at local rates. €2.50 for .5l good beer... €13.80 for 3 bowls pasts and glass beer for 3. Great spot. Apartment spotless and huge. Will go back |

Excellent location in quiet street, nicely decorated and spacious flat, good beds. Checking in was a bit cumbersome. The office was closed upon arrival (at 5 pm). The key to the apartment had to be retrieved from a safe near the office to which we were directed by phone. No instructions as to how to get from the office to the apartment were included. To pay for the flat we had a 3 hour window the next day, in the middle of the day. In short: longer office hours would help. |

Nice and easy. Mind your own business kind of thing. Did not have any contact with the staff. Good area, clean room. Can't complain about the flat. We arrived late and the reception was closed we got the keys ok but no directions to where the appartment was located, just a street address. It wasn't far from where we picked up the keys but without a detailed map we had to get a cab. |

The location of the apartments are very good. They are close to all public transport and Alexanderplatz. The showers provided only 15 minutes of warm water between two persons. This was not mentioned at time of booking. I found this to be unacceptable, particularly with the extreme weather conditions. |
