t&c Apartments am Mauerpark  

The apartment generally, the area, close to U bahn/S bahn, good eating places close by, really pleasant cafe across road with free wi fi.

Fact that apartment was four flights up and no lift. Didn't see any reference to this when I was doing booking. Mattress a bit soft. Kitchen needs a dish drainer! There was supposed to be free wi fi but it needed wired connexion and tablet did not have access port for this.

The location was excellent as it was only 5 min walk to Schonhauser Allell station and there are many cafes and supermarts within a few minutes' walk. Size of the apt was good for the price we paid.

All the heating controls were in German and we did not understand how to use them. The apartment was super cold the day we arrived but we couldn't ask for help as the reception is closed by 8pm. So we had to tolerate the cold for overnight. The shower was also a bit erratic throughout our stay and the shower space was very small. The kitchen was well-equipped but we found a dirty plate inside the cupboard which was already stuck with dried debris. I had no choice but to wash all the cutlery and utensils. The wi-fi was free but erratic. One night, we returned to find it not working. And since it was after office hours, we could not get it rectified. As there is no phone, we had to go downstairs to inform the reception where they got it done immediately. This happened again on the day of check out. As it was supposed to be at 10am, strangely, the wi-fi was switched off by 930am. I think there are better options elsewhere.

The staff were very nice, the location great for transport. Nice clean apartment.

I was not told the apartment was on the 4 floor, with no lift. This information would have changed my booking and I should have been informed. There was no iron, microwave and washing machine which I would expect as standard in this type of property. Wireless internet or more internet points would be most welcome.

Nice and big apartment with all you need to stay a few days in Berlin. A calm location. Very good connection to the city center (underground in 3 min. walk). Helpful personel.

The very spacious room and great kitchen facilities

Toilet and shower room was tiny. No laundry on site for washing and drying clothes.

the apartment staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent right next to the underground trams etc so everything else was easy to get to but the apartments were very quiet.

A bit noisy in the morning because they are renovating the building (6 days a week from 07:00 till 10:00)

Appartment had all the necessairy equipment one should expect. It was situated in the inner part of a 2 block building, so no street noise. The 4th floor is a rather exhausting stair walk, but that was no surprise and had to be done luckely once a day.

No possibility to make a car park reservation. Car could be parked free of charge a 10 minutes walk along the street.

The apt/studio is very nice and modern furnished , nicely renovated , everything y need .

Bad phonic isolation or absence of phonic isolation ,at times you hear very much the neighbour , the wooden floor is very noisy.

Very big and roomy apartment with well equipped kitchen for longer stays. All recently refurbished and very clean. Big windows - street view. Lift to upper floors. Secure. Close to cafes and Prenzlauer Berg street atmosphere. S and u Bahn nearby.

Reception not 24 hours but arrangements can be made for later arrival.

Really spacious apartments. Excellent location close to tube, tram and bus stations. It's a really nice area full of bars and restaurants.

Ausstattung Lage Ruhe Balkon Küche Bad

Der Eingang und ganz besonders der Flur und das Treppenhaus sind furchterregend. Mein Mann war dienerte Nacht mit mir , aber ich bin für eine weitere Nach in eine andere Pension umgezogen, da er weg musste und obwohl die Wohnung selber ungewöhnlich schön ist. Es könnte nämlich so sein, daß eine Frau in eine Wohnung vom Treppenhaus in eine Wohnung gezogen wird. Es kommt der Gedanke, ob es Treffeohnungen sind. Außerdem müsste es im Internet stehen, dAß die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt. Da ich meistens allein in Berlin bin, werde ich die Pension nicht mehr durch Internet reservieren, obwohl es für mich Ideal liegt, die Wohnung sehr sehr schön ist und der Preis sehr günstig. Daher keine Buseness Wohnung

keine kostenlosen Parkplätze (nur 5-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt), 4 Stock ohne Aufzug

Ruim en zonnig appartement. Prima bedden. Ligt in een van de leukste Berlijnse wijken. Eerste veganistische supermarkt van europa Veganz vlak bij waar je O.A. heerlijk kunt ontbijten.

Inrichting niet echt gezellig. Kaal en zakelijk. Appartement bevindt zich op de 5e verdieping. Zonder lift is dat een hele klim...

このアパートを利用したのは２度目です。建物は2ブロック程度離れた場所でしたが、前回と同じくUバーン、- Sバーンの駅から近く、買い物、食事すべてにおいて便利です。 部屋も広くてキッチンの設備も充実しているので朝食や軽食を作って食べました。 ベルリンに行く際には次回も必ず利用したいアパートです。

Stor, fin, urban leilighet. Hadde leilighet med to soverom - og den var stor. Og nydelig. Veldig fint bad. Ungene elsket å løpe fra rom til rom. Tv både på stua og de to soverommene. Bodde der i fire netter, det var oppredd med mange håndklær på badet.

E' gia' la 2' volta che trovo posto pochi giorni prima della partenza. Ggli appartamenti sono ubicati al centro e sono puliti.

Il costo aggiuntivo di € 30.00 come "servizi" nel caso come il mio di soggiorno breve, mancato utilizzo della cucina e senza il cambio giornaliero della biancheria dotrebbe essere non applicato.
