Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch wenn das Hotel mal eine Kaserne war, dieser Eindruck zieht sich durch das Hotel, so habe ich mich doch sehr wohl gefühlt und noch besser geschlafen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ruhige Lage. Solides Frühstück. Günstiger Preis. Das Haus hat den Charme einer Kombination aus Kloster und ostdeutscher Kaserne. Die 1000 Mücken- und Fliegenleichen an Zimmerwänden und - decken könnten durch einen Anstrich mal behoben werden. Leider dämmen die Zimmertüren gar nicht. Ab 6:30 Uhr sitzt man also ständig aufrdecht im Bett, weil jedes noch so kleine Geräusch aus dem Flur ins Zimmer dringt. Die Dusche war für mich ( 195, 98kg ) zu klein, ich konnte sie nicht benutzen.

Freundlicher Empfang; kostenloser Shuttle-Service in die Umgebung (bis Flughafen Schönefeld). Das Angebot an Speisen am Abend war sehr überschaubar und entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Auch das Frühstück war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Удобное расположение отеля недалеко от трассы подойдет тем, кто останавливается здесь проездом. Интересный дизайн номера в темно-коричневых тонах на втором этаже, вокруг тихо, зелено. В номере не работал телевизор, не было доступа в интернет, в ответ на мое обращение менеджер сказал, что эта проблема во всем отеле, и он ничего не может сделать, но после моего повторного обращения менеджер переселил нас в другой номер на первом этаже, где все работало. Не все менеджеры знают английский. Ресторан в день приезда не работал (там проводилась вечеринка).

Keine ausreichende Besetzung der Rezeption wenn man Wünsche hatte musste man erst jemand suchen. Der Ausenbereich ungepflegt da hift auch kein roter Teppich,wenn er nicht sauber ist.
