This hotel was great. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and this place was central to everything. Breakfast was included and the room was great. |

The staff was excellent. They were really helpful in every way. I can't say enough about them. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel's location was great. The bathroom was small for a quadruple room- it would have been nice to have a bigger bathroom or have a second half-bathroom. They also did not replace the tissues (since I was sick I needed tissues). Also we had plates and glasses in our room from the restaurant downstairs and they didn't take them. But I'm sure they would have if we told them about it. |

A nice walk down Sendlinger Strause to Marienplatz. Close to city centre. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant. Not air conditioned, no fan, very warm. |

Nice location, close to public transportation. Room set up was good for our family of four. You have to check in at their sister hotel which is on another street. Not really a big problem, just a little inconvenient for tired travelers dragging luggage with them. |

Very well located - close to everything, big room. The breakfast was good as well. There is a bar - night club downstairs and it was quite noisy at night. We couldn't close the window, because it was very hot and the hotel has no ac. Also, as it is in the old town - the churches start to ring the bells at 7am and they wake you up. So the hotel is more useful for people who like getting up early. |

Breakfast was good for that price range hotel We stayed in two room appartment which was very sparingly furnitured. Need for a table or two would have helped. |

The kindness of the personal in the breakfast room and at supper was very good and warm. And only 5 minutes walk from the city. Good quallity food. The telephone did not function, there was no easy chair in the room and you never see a manager, Reception in an other hotel round the corner was not mentionned. Impersonal because of that, yet I had a good time. Amazing how rude the taxi-drivers are in Munich! It was almost hilarious!!! |

Convenient location - easy walk to Marienplatz and other major sites. Nice breakfast buffet. Large quad room for family. Extra beds in our family sized room were very uncomfortable. |

Location was splendid, breakfast very good, rooms were nice and clean The hotel was extremely difficult to find. The driving directions were to one other hotel, where the reception was, but nowhere was told the name of this other hotel, or the address, only Herzog Wilhem Strasse, even though Der Tannebaum is on Kreuzstrasse. |

The restuarant and breakfast were very good. The hotel made did not have a quad as represented and attempted to put us in two rooms in different hotels. Reception did not seem well organized. |

Very nice staff. Rooms surprisingly roomy, big even when compared to US hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with multiple abundant choices. Excellent location with very close trnasportation options. The "apartment" was excellent for our family easily acoomodating the 4 of us. Considering the additional fold out sofa, a total of 6 people could stay comfortably! Check in /reception was difficult to find since it actually takes place at their adjoining "sister" hotel's (Hotel V) which is around the corner. Once we found it though, it was very easy and effortless. |

Our two bedroom room was very clean and spacious and perfect for our group of four. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. We had some confusion as to where to check in since we arrived late. Check in was at the sister hotel next door. No parking available. |

Extremely convenient location. Friendly reception staff. Clean room I had very clearly booked a room with a bath. I got a room with a shower. Luckily, the receptionist was able to give me another room, but what if the hotel had been full? The staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed unable to understand that the mistake was important. The bath was one reason why I had chosen this hotel in the first place. |

Large Room size and cleanliness of rooms The hotel does not have reception, rather shares it with another hotel, which is in a different street - painful with lots of luggage/young kids. Hotel had no room service facilities |
