Room was comfortable and location convenient but I would think twice about staying again when quoted price was not what I was actually charged. See note.

On the confirmation received I was told the quoted price included breakfast but was charged extra at check out for 2 breakfasts, which I did not notice until later. This was unfair.

The room was fine and the location was nice.

Check in is at 3. We were there at 2:45 and the individual at the front desk very rudely said that our room was not ready. We stood there and waited exactly 15 minutes and all of a sudden our room was ready at 3. It was pretty obvious our room was ready 15 minutes prior to this but she was not willing to accommodate us the 15 minutes.

Clean. Simple. Friendly. Value for money. Great breakfast.

A little bit of art on the wall would have made it more friendly - a simple Ikea print would have done.

Location. Close with the city centre and metro station. Silence place.

Poor breakfast. The maid does not clean the tables during the breakfast. Few times I have problems with finding the covers. WiFi is not free.

Location is good and very central. Stuff is very helpful and kind.

The room is too small. Wall soundproof is poor, we heard every single word of our neighbours, who came back to their room at 00:30 and were continuing their party till aprx. 02:00. The buffet was not worth the money.

Perfect location. The hotel is just around the corner from Sendlinger Straße that takes you right to the Marienplatz. Friendly staff, clean room.

Very frugal facilities, no attempt made to turn the place into anything even a little cozier than just a bed in a room with plain walls.

very convenient location, no noise from the street, a pleasant (& quiet) bell ringing from nearby church, clean rooms.

poor breakfast, poor and long service, not clean dishes, expensive internet (3,9 E/hour), no place to park a car even for a minute to unload/load a luggage.

The location was great! Very conveniently located within walking distance of Haupbahnhof and the shops on Neuhauser and Kaufingerstrasse. Breakfast is included with the room and the rate was very reasonable.

Rooms/bathrooms were a bit small. TV didn't work either.

I've booked 2rooms and indicated bed types preferences. The lady at thé réception gave me the keys but didn't say me that thé second room is triple and cost more. Thus, i've paid 20 Euro more. I think she must explain me in advance
