It was within walking distance to Munich's city center. Second bed was broken and uncomfortable. |

location of the hotel was very good for walking to most of the old town sites in munich. extremely difficult to find the hotel, taxi drivers did not know of it and signage was very poor. also, because of all the reception being done at the hotel whilem end of the building, getting into the tannenbaum end was confusing. |

close to the center city and all the attractions. Close to all shopping locations The sofa in the room was really old - needs a replacement. TV stands too hight, so you can only watch it laying in the bed. |

Informal, not too big. Toilet flushed slowly, but this was only a small inconvenience. |

The room was very spacious and the breakfeast was plentiful. What was especially good was the excellent location of the hotel,so close to the center and lots of shops and places to eat,i would certainly choose this hotel again next year. |

The location was excellent, staff friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast buffet very good. We also loved the restaurant downstairs, an historic and authentic locale with fine food. |

The location is great. Near numerous shops and restaurants; only 4-5 blocks from Marienplatz. The staff was extremely helpful with local and tour information. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I normally stay in hostels but was with family this time. Overall, this hotel is well worth the money spent. |

The location of the hotel was good. However, we booked a room for three persons, and one of the beds was an "tent bed"; Clean, but small room for three beds. |

The breakfast accommodations were great. I think the hotel was very basic - but in a good way. I would stay there again. Only two bath towels, which I found to be common throughout Europe, but very uncommon as compared to the US hotels. The separate beds were pushed together instead of having one big bed. |

The breakfast was great. The keys could not be picked up directly from the hotel. We had to walk to their sister hotel which is nearby, but in pouring rain with suitcases and children this unnecessary back and forth was a total nuisance. |

Breakfast was one of the best for our entire tour of europe (which was like 10 countries). Room was really large, spacious, very clean. Fantastic location in the old town so walking distance to everything while the area it was in was also quiet so you weren't kept up at night by noise. Also, a big note for Europe, the bed was actually comfortable for once! Not many services utilised by us so we can't really comment on services. With the bed, it was very comfortable but there was a gulf between the two sides (very much 2 single beds moved together) but the wooden border between two single mattresses meant it couldn't even pretend to be a double bed - as a married couple, this was a little annoying for us. However it was also a super comfy bed. |

This hotel was great. We were in Munich for Oktoberfest and this place was central to everything. Breakfast was included and the room was great. |

The staff was excellent. They were really helpful in every way. I can't say enough about them. The breakfast was also excellent. The hotel's location was great. The bathroom was small for a quadruple room- it would have been nice to have a bigger bathroom or have a second half-bathroom. They also did not replace the tissues (since I was sick I needed tissues). Also we had plates and glasses in our room from the restaurant downstairs and they didn't take them. But I'm sure they would have if we told them about it. |

Nice location, close to public transportation. Room set up was good for our family of four. You have to check in at their sister hotel which is on another street. Not really a big problem, just a little inconvenient for tired travelers dragging luggage with them. |

Very well located - close to everything, big room. The breakfast was good as well. There is a bar - night club downstairs and it was quite noisy at night. We couldn't close the window, because it was very hot and the hotel has no ac. Also, as it is in the old town - the churches start to ring the bells at 7am and they wake you up. So the hotel is more useful for people who like getting up early. |

The kindness of the personal in the breakfast room and at supper was very good and warm. And only 5 minutes walk from the city. Good quallity food. The telephone did not function, there was no easy chair in the room and you never see a manager, Reception in an other hotel round the corner was not mentionned. Impersonal because of that, yet I had a good time. Amazing how rude the taxi-drivers are in Munich! It was almost hilarious!!! |

Enjoy the exellent downtown location. Quiet rooms. The Underground station, the pedestrian zone with it´s many shops, the Marienplatz and other historical sights are just a few walking minutes away. |
Opening in April 2009, this modern 2-star hotel offers affordable rooms directly next to Munich’s Sendlinger Tor underground station, in the heart of the city's old quarter. |
Conveniently situated in the centre of Munich, this hotel is an ideal base to explore the city. The main railway station and an underground station are just 250 metres away. |
Just a short walk along the River Isar from the Marienplatz and the Englischer Garten, this large 4-star hotel offers modern and stylish facilities, including an indoor swimming pool. |
