Very well located - close to everything, big room. The breakfast was
good as well.

There is a bar - night club downstairs and it was quite noisy at night.
We couldn't close the window, because it was very hot and the hotel has
no ac. Also, as it is in the old town - the churches start to ring the
bells at 7am and they wake you up. So the hotel is more useful for
people who like getting up early.

The kindness of the personal in the breakfast room and at supper was
very good and warm. And only 5 minutes walk from the city. Good
quallity food.

The telephone did not function, there was no easy chair in the room and
you never see a manager, Reception in an other hotel round the corner
was not mentionned. Impersonal because of that, yet I had a good time.
Amazing how rude the taxi-drivers are in Munich! It was almost
hilarious!!!

The restuarant and breakfast were very good.

The hotel made did not have a quad as represented and attempted to put us in two rooms in different hotels. Reception did not seem well organized.

Very nice staff. Rooms surprisingly roomy, big even when compared to US hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with multiple abundant choices. Excellent location with very close trnasportation options. The "apartment" was excellent for our family easily acoomodating the 4 of us. Considering the additional fold out sofa, a total of 6 people could stay comfortably!

Check in /reception was difficult to find since it actually takes place at their adjoining "sister" hotel's (Hotel V) which is around the corner. Once we found it though, it was very easy and effortless.

Large Room size and cleanliness of rooms

The hotel does not have reception, rather shares it with another hotel, which is in a different street - painful with lots of luggage/young kids. Hotel had no room service facilities

Convenient Location. Close to Bahnhof and the pedestrian zone.

Restaurant was an unpleasant feature. The waitress seem determined to permit only locals in the restaurant. May have been reflection of natioanl mood, but it was irritating to have to walk blocks for a beer.

"Proper" Bavarian Hotel in centre of Munich with own Restaurant /Bar so could still enjoy evenings leaving kids in bed. Good local Beer and rooms very large and comfortable.

Be careful, the hotel is in two locations (~25m apart). If you have young kids, make sure you stress on booking that you want a room in this one as is directly above restaurant.
