Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

the hotel is located on an excellent spot, the room had a comfortable size for two people, the bathroom was quite clean and ok, I also liked the small balcony through which you can view Alexanderplaz the sheets and the towels were quite dirty, and it wasn't clear through the booking process that the pay off would be automatically through my credit card and we couldn't pay off in cash! |

Clean, comfortable and affordable apartment. Interesting shops and places to eat. Gives you an experience of what it's like living in Berlin. Great supermarket 50 metres away. Easy to get around by tram and train. It is not a hotel so don't expect cleaning services etc. People at front desk can only speak German. |

Its great location, in a district which I like very much, close to anything.Nice terasse available. While the hotel is equipped for cable internet (you need to ask for a modem at the time of your online booking - which I ommitted to do), when I asked the staff to help me in getting one, they promised to do so but never feedbacked me on this with a yes, available, no, not available: result 5 days spent in the hotel, every days asking for the connection and only the last night with internet access.). Make sure that you ask for the internet at the time of booking, otherwise at the place it might be much complicated to get it. |

When I am in Berlin I prefer to stay at a hotel without breakfast because eating breakfast at a restaurant in east Berlin is like being in heaven. Except from avoiding the breakfast we chose TopDomizil due to its location and a reasonable price |

This is actually apartment, rather than otel. Good for family, close to the U and S Bahn transportation. Car parking is available on street, on payment. Safe environment. Not very good condition |

Very nice city flat for a reasonable price. We were three people and everyone had enough space and a great bed. Location was perfect, although parking was tricky at times since the hotel doesn't have own private parking. |

quiet, great location, clean and comfortable, friendly staff. the extra sofa bed was very uncomfortable. also for people staying more than a few days it would be nice to offer a room cleaning service once every 3-4 days. |

the hotel is really good, it is very clean and confortable. it is just 10 minutes by tube from the central station in berlin. the only thing that is not good is because no one of their staff speak or understand english. however they are very nice people! |

The location is good, near restaurants and shops, supermarket, tram stop and subway station. The flat is nice and comfortable but the sofabed in the living room wasn't comfortable, I had put the mattress on the floor. But this is usual of sofabeds. The kitchen was funcional and, the flat being on the ground floor, there was a very nice little terrasse. I was satisfied with the flat but not with its administration. The office was closed when we arrived. I tried to settle the bill the next two days, but first the office was closed and next day the attendant mimed that the computer had crashed. She didn't speak a word of English, French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese. On the third day she charged me a pre-paid first night and couldn't understand my point and then I found out by sheer luck that someone had charged to my credit card the whole ammount (which was planned to be shared with my fellow travellers) without my authorization, using up my credit limit, causing me great inconvenience. I don't remember much of the reviews but the should have reported the lack of English-speaking staff and their sloppy administrative methods. |

The ability to cook our own meals was wonderful. The unit was clean, bright and cheery. The location was close to public transportation. The unit was not air-conditioned, so a ceiling fan would have been nice. |

It was a really nice place and the rooms were even nicer than expected. The bathrooms were really clean and the kitchen was really handy with the stove, fridge, dishes and toaster. The furniture all looked very new and the beds were decent as well. We thought the location would have been a little more central but this was not a big deal as it is just a 5 min walk to the train station. The staff did not fully understand English though and it was a little difficult to communicate at times. All in all we had a very nice stay with no complaints. |

it was in walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, public transportation, and had a park close by. we also liked the location, it was on a quiet street. that the staff did not speak english, and there was construction next to us which was annoying if we wanted to sleep a bit more during the morning. |

Good position, clean The concierge staff's English is close to non-existent. Beware of what you get charged. My experience: at checkout, I was told that the balance has been charged on my credit card used for making the reservation - they would not give me an invoice, just said Alles Gut, alles Kredit, alles ok. Well, it was not: I ended up charged extra. I emailed Top Domizil to clarify. They replied with an invoice, stating that I got charged for parking although they did not have a spot reserved for me and I had to park in the street. TopDomizil ignored my subsequent emails, as well as booking.com's request to address my complaint...I Ended up disputing the parking charge with Amex, which solved it to my satisfaction (thanks, Amex) |

We enjoyed the space of the apartment (2 bedroom, 2 bathroom); locality - close to public transport, great supermarket opposite; kitchen well provided with crockery, cutlery, and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven). Very helpful English-speaking employee. Washing machine is well hidden - 3 x 0,50 euro coins for 50 min wash - ask to be shown where it is (available from 7am to 10pm). There is also a dryer or you can borrow a clothes hanger. The blinds on the bedroom windows were not suitable to keep the room dark in the morning (summer) - good if you want an early start in the morning! Building works opposite noisy from 7.00am, but they do go home in the evening - likely to continue for at least another 12 months. |
