These comfortable, modern apartments were opened in 2004/ 2005 and offer convenient accommodation in the centre of the German capital.

With all the freedom, independence and convenience of an apartment and great rates, these apartments are great for short- or long-term stays for tourists or business travellers.

In a quiet, central location, the apartments are ideally placed for exploring Berlin and many of the city’s attractions are within walking distance. The city’s famous U-bahn system is also just a short walk away, offering access to the whole of Berlin and the surrounding area. Just a few tram stops away are the designer stores of Friedrichstraße, the Hackescher Markt and Museum Island, with its many famous museums.

If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 3 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The apartments are close to the Scheunenviertel and the Kaethe Kollwitz Platz, and are just a short walk from the Eberswalder Strasse U-bahn station.
The apartments have a 24-hour doorman service, and an internal intercom system.
A laundry and dry cleaning service are available in the building.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartments, there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes offering all kinds of different cuisines from different countries. Enjoy an inexpensive breakfast or lunch, or relax over a leisurely dinner after a long day of sightseeing.

Each apartment also has its own kitchen and a dining area.

Room information

All of the apartments are furnished in a comfortable, modern style and decorated with warm, relaxing Mediterranean colours. These spacious apartments offer a tranquil, relaxing haven right in the heart of the nation’s bustling capital.

Each apartment has a bedroom, a spacious living area, a modern bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen, and is equipped with cable TV, a DVD / MP3 player and a mini-stereo system.

Additional linen and towel services, as well as apartment cleaning during your stay, are available by arrangement for an extra fee.

Area information

These apartments are centrally situated and close to public transport (1km to the nearest U-bahn station, 500m to the M1 tram, and 250m to the M10 tram), but are on a quiet side street. Discover the special charm and the diverse scenery of Prenzlauer Berg and the historic Scheunen Viertel with their numerous shopping, cultural and art attractions.

About 250m away is the Mauerpark that has a quirky flea market every Sunday as well a large field for basking in the sun, picnicking or enjoying some light sports. A 15-minute tram ride brings you right to the Hackescher Markt station with its gorgeous courtyards, shopping and markets.

A quick walk (or ride on the public transit system) from here brings you either to Alexanderplatz with the TV tower or, in the other direction, to the New Jewish Synagogue which was destroyed during the 2nd world war and, with its rebuilding in 1995, has helped revive the Sheunenviertel. This area has numerous art galleries, restaurants and cafes. The treasures in this area are found around the corner you least expect.

For longer stays, a special discount can be arranged. Car height cannot exceed 1.50 metres and length cannot exceed 5 metres.

close to the city center, room was looking realy nice

hotel staff did not speak nor understand english; not been able to get a parking in the garage; apartment was small for 3 people-could not move in the area with the beds.

Spacious appartment. Clean rooms

Too far away from the public transport. No information on anything is available. No Micro-wave oven. 24 hour janitor. Secure parking.

Nice, roomy appartment. Clean and comfortable. Nicely situated in Prenzlauerberg, walking distance of U-Bahn and plenty of pubs and restaurants.

The location, easy access to transport & central to accessing main sites of Berlin.

Would suggest that they put a mirror on the wall somewhere with consideration to people of shorter height. I am only 5ft tall & had difficulty using the bathroom mirror. Just a small issue???
