Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The Porta Nova restaurant serves a comprehensive range of Italian specialities, and is located directly opposite the apartment building.

Each apartment has a bedroom, a spacious living area, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a south-west facing balcony. The balconies include patio furniture.
The apartments are less than 500 metres away from the Zinnowitzer Straße U-Bahn (underground) station. From here, guests can access all of Berlin’s famous sightseeing destinations.
Countless popular attractions are just a short stroll away. These include the historic Museum Island, the trendy Hackescher Markt district, and the spectacular Brandenburg Gate.
Shopping destinations, such as the Kurfürstendamm avenue and the KaDeWe department store can be reached within 20 minutes using the U-Bahn train.

The apartment was a 10min walk from the Reichstag and Unter dem linden and the main sights.modern,crisp and clean.Good price.I was impressed and would stay again. A little hard to find at first but we called and the lady came to meet us |

The location is great, just behind the Hauptbahnhof. The apartment is well equipped. The division in the apartment is a bit odd, coz we didn't have a separate bedroom, it was just divided through a wooden bookshelf in the living room. Further more, the towels weren't changed at all during our stay! There were no cleaning personal to clean our apartment! The noise outside. |

Good location, 15-20 min on foot to the Brandenburg Gate, and very close to the cool restaurant and bar scene of East Berlin. We stayed in a junior suite on the fourth floor which was very spacious, well appointed and offered a great view on the place through giant, floor-to-ceiling windows. It had a small kitchenette with a kettle and coffee machine. Blankets are made of synthetic fibre which results in excessive heat and disturbs the sleep. They have to replace them with feather-filled ones. |

Proximity to the city and privacy. That there wasn't spare towels available or that we were not alerted to the fact. The area outside the hotel after entering the security gates was completly bereft of lighting. The bed mattress was poor in comparision to the otherwise high standard of the accommodation. |

The apartment is in an excellent location, is a great value, and is quite comfortable for two people. For the two days we were there if felt like home. It is an easy walking distance to the Reichstag and main train station and comfortable walking distance to the museum quarter, Check Point Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, ... I tried the internet access, but I was disappointed. In addition to having to pay for access, the connection was so slow when loading the registration page that I decided not to bother. |

The hotel room was fully furnished and clean. The price was great for us students travelling on a budget. I was very comfortable and felt like home rather than a hotel. We had internet connection and we were 5 minutes walk from the main train station. |

Prima locatie, net buiten de drukte van het centrum. 15 min. lopen vanaf Brandenburger Tor, 5 min. naar U-Bahnstation. Schoon, nieuw en comfortabel. Ontbijtmogelijkheden direct voor de deur. |

Nos encantan las ventanas grandes aunque no tengan persianas. Está cerca del centro, de museos, de transportes... Zona muy tranquila. Muy limpio. Nos atendieron muy bien en perfecto castellano, nos dieron un mapa, nos comentaron donde estaban los sitios de interes y los que nos interesaban a nosotros. En contestación a un comentario negativo acerca de la puerta de salida del jardín decir que esta se abre perfectamente girando el pomo y sin necesidad de llave. Eso si, la puerta pesa lo suyo. Y algo importante dispone de un secador de pelo que lo seca bien. Nos hubiese gustado alguna toalla más. |

Ontvangst door de eigenaar was goed en ook de service qua handdoeken etc was goed. Keukenuitrusting qua bestek, glazen etc had uitgebreider kunnen zijn. Hield niet over voor 4 personen. |

Excelente localização, bom apartamento, amplo, com camas boas e boa estrutura de banheiro e cozinha. Serve tanto para casal, quanto para viajantes não casal. Deveria haver, como em todo aparthotel, um serviço básico de limpeza do local, nem que fosse uma ou duas vezes por semana, para quem fica um periodo de, no minimo, uma semana. |

El espacio, la luminosidad, la limpieza, la tranquilidad de la zona. La ubicación El hecho de que haya que abrir la puerta de salida desde el jardin a la calle con la llave. Casi no nos damos cuenta y el último día nos podiamos haber quedado encerrados a las 6 de la mañana, cuando nos disponiamos a tomar un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. |

Das helle, freundliche und für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend große Appartment ist zentral gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und von der Optik her ansprechend. Auf dem kleinen Balkon sitzend kann man seinen Kaffee schlürfen und seinen Blick schweifen lassen. Auch, und dies ist leider nicht immer selbstverständlich, ein funktionierender TV und eine kleine Stereoanlage, ebenfalls funktionierend, sind vorhanden. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist, dass sogar eine kleine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden ist! Welch Luxus! Zum Bäcker, um in der Frühe die Semmeln (Brötchen :-)) zu holen, sind es keine 100 Meter.Abschliessend noch ein kleiner Tipp: In der Invalidenstrasse, vom Appartment ca. 800 Metern entfernt, gibts einen Parkplatz für 3.- € / Tag! Die Lautstärke ist für Großstädter zwar nichts außergewöhnliches, Ruhesuchenden jedoch könnte eventuell der Geräuschpegel zu groß sein. In der Nähe (ca. 300 Meter entfernt) befindet sich die Charitee und, ca. 100 Meter entfernt die Invalidenstrasse. Das Doppelbett besteht lediglich aus 2 zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, welche aber sauber und bequem sind. |
