Proximity to the city and privacy. That there wasn't spare towels available or that we were not alerted to the fact. The area outside the hotel after entering the security gates was completly bereft of lighting. The bed mattress was poor in comparision to the otherwise high standard of the accommodation. |

The apartment is in an excellent location, is a great value, and is quite comfortable for two people. For the two days we were there if felt like home. It is an easy walking distance to the Reichstag and main train station and comfortable walking distance to the museum quarter, Check Point Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, ... I tried the internet access, but I was disappointed. In addition to having to pay for access, the connection was so slow when loading the registration page that I decided not to bother. |

The hotel room was fully furnished and clean. The price was great for us students travelling on a budget. I was very comfortable and felt like home rather than a hotel. We had internet connection and we were 5 minutes walk from the main train station. |

the fact that it was close to bus-station and the haptbanhof- central station for bus, u & s and closse to the nature musiem they should sand some one to cleanthe apartment once in a while. in two weeks no cleaning is too much. |

The apartment was great. Clean and well maintained. Not too far from train station. Good value for money. Difficult to find, with only a small name tag at the gate to the apartment. |

Comfortable appartment 10 minutes walking to Reichstag. This is not a ordinary hotel - they rent out appartments in the appartment house, so it is quite and home-like. The only problem we faced was a parking place. They have underground parking for their guests but only for cars with height less than 1,5 m - they didn't inform us about that in advance. Our VW Touran is higher so we had to find another parking. |

Most excellent -- it was great to stay in an actual apartment instead of a tourist hotel. The room was clean and spacious and really super. We were sad to leave. A bit difficult to find initially -- there are two sections of street with the same name and another street in between. Clearer directions with the booking confirmation could help with the confusion -- or an external sign. |
