TopDomizil - Apartments 'Platz vor dem Neuen Tor'  

La localisation de l'appartement est idéale pour la promenade : proximité de Hauptbannhof, friederich strasse, et oranien strasse pour les fetards. Un acces direct pour le Zoo par le train "s" et la proximité d'épiceries. Une Platz von den neuen Tor tranquille est charmante, une fois les Welcome Card acheté, le réseau de bus est disponible frequament. Une décoration agréable et une surface de vie plus que suffisante pour des Français.

Il s'agit d'un appartement, pas de personnel présent. Toujours appeler Top domizil avant d'arriver pour la remise des clefs, sinon on pourait attendre longtemps (arrivée en pleine vacances de Paques c'est normal).

It was very clean and well located. Two suggestions: wi-fi Internet should be readily available free of charge and it would be useful to have a better selection of tv channels for foreigners. A complementary coffee or tea would be welcome.

Unfortunately, the taxi driver did not know where the actual Apartment block was, so just dropped us in the street and said 'good luck'! We worked out very quickly where the apartment was and were greeted by very friendly staff, who supplied us with a map and answered the many questions that we asked, I.E. where are Cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets, transport etc. The apartment had an excellent wi-fi service, and the office was open during normal business hours for any additional information. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the basement area to use for a small cost. It was a secure building and very modern. The location was within easy walking distance to the main railway station and various attractions. We would certainly stay there again, should we re-visit Germany

There was some street noise, however we did sleep with the windows open. I am sure if they were closed, there would have been very minimal street noise.

Clean and fully equipped. Great location nearby the Central Railway Station. 15 minute walk to the east end shopping district and most of the tourist sites.

Good size, clean & comfortable. Location was walking distance from town centre. Supermarket (Lidl) just round the corner.

Very hot without the windows being open. However if you open them traffic and sirens from next door hospital noisy. Black-out curtains would be a good addition. The lady who showed us in was pleasant but didn't want to offer any further assistance later on. You are very much left to your own devices.

The apartment could not have been more perfect!! It was close to the U- Bahn and tram stops. The kitchen had everything we needed...appliances, utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. The design of the apartment was comfortable, modern, and spacious. We had a balcony overlooking 2 small parks which was a great place for our morning coffee. It was easy to find and the staff was available and helpful. The bathroom was spacious with a large tub and a great shower. The building was quiet. Staying here really made our trip that much more enjoyable!! We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Berlin!!

Ubicación céntrica muy cómoda, estancia agradable y espaciosa

Очень уютные, чистые аппартаменты, огромные окна, удобное расположение. В квартире есть всё необходимое, бельё, полотенца, бытовая техника, посуда. Нашли квартиру быстро, рядом несколько остановок общественного транспорта и метро. Прилетали в Берлин достаточно рано, в 07:30 утра. И нам позволили заселиться не дожидаясь chek-in и не взяли дополнительной платы.

В первый день в квартире было немного холодно. Оказалось что у них резко похолодало и они забыли включить батареи. Их включили при нас и к вечеру в квартире стало очень тепло.

Es una zona muy centrica y tranquila.El apartamento muy limpio, el personal muy agradable y desde luego un 10 para la limpieza,decoracion y comodidad.

No no hay nada que no me gustase

Super lokalizacja, mieszkanie zadbane, pełne wyposażenie, wszystko co potrzebne aby było miło i przyjemnie.

Schön eingerichtetes Appartement (No. 26), geräumig für zwei Personen, großer Balkon

Die Lage ist leider etwas dezentral, alle Einrichtungen sind mindestens 15 Min. entfernt, es fährt zwar ein Bus vor der Türe weg aber nicht dahin wo man ihn brauchen würde. Empfehlenswert: Fahhrrad mieten.
