The staff were very helpful from last minute need for travel cot to printing directions to a skoda garage - nothing was too much trouble. Room was small but very good value and fine for me, baby and 195cm husband! |

I have lived in Germany for three years and have traveled all over Europe, staying in numerous hotels, and I can honestly say this was the worst one I have ever stayed in. I have paid less for a lot more. The one nice thing I can say is that the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The room was very small, like a single college student's dorm room. The bed was small for two people. There was no air conditioning, which is normal in European hotels. We were there in July and it was warm, but if you left your window open, you couldn't sleep because of the loud trains going by. The bathroom was very small, like something at at campground. There was no separate shower stall, just a hanging curtain around the shower area, with an all tile floor that sloped to the drain. It is unsanitary to have no separation of floor between the toilet and shower. Oh, and the bathroom smelled like backed up sewer. Deutche Telekom should be ashamed to have its name on it. |

Everything was just perfect! The breakfast was incredible and the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and also the double bed is very,very comfortable . I would realy recomand this hotel to everyone..the rooms have also tv, internet, radio, films, all kind of facilities just free of charge! The bathroom was quite small but nice and clean. |

Good variety of breakfast - officially - from 7a.m. but they let us in from 6:45. Hamburg Card is available from the reception. Aldi supermarket and the railway station to the city center are nearby. Free parking. Internet access in the room. Absolutely no printed information in English. The car parked next to ours in the underground parking had its rear window smashed during one night. |

Das fruhstuck (incl im Preis) und das fernsehen mit internet. zu kleinen Zimmer, zu kleinen Bett. Lag nicht in Bergedorf aber in Nettelnburg. Preis - qualiteit stimmte aber, was kan man fur das Geld erwarten? |

Kostenloses Parken in einer sehr gut beleuchteten Tiefgarage, freundliche Mitarbeiter,kostenlose schöne kleine Sauna, kostenlose zumeist aktuelle Filme über das TV, Sauberkeit der Zimmer Kantinencharakter des Restaurants, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Qualität des Frühstück ist aus meiner Sicht mangelhaft z.B. waren Teile der Wurst schon dunkel angelaufen, deswegen haben wir am 2.Morgen auswärts gefrühstückt. Die Zimmer sind nichts für Romantiker, sondern sehr klein und nur funktionell, was bei Tagungen sicherlich aber ausreichend ist. Trotzdem bleibt der Jugendherbergscharakter bestehen. Es gibt keine Duschkabine und man steht nur durch den Duschvorhang getrennt direkt neben der Toilette. Bar ist am Wochenende erst ab Sonntag wieder besetzt, was auf die Ausrichtung auf Tagungs-Business-Gäste eindeutig hinweist. |

Internettet virkede ikke (jeg ville bare se nyheder efter nytårsaften så det går nok) Men jeg syntes at fjernsynet var lidt besværligt og finde rundt i. Men ellers fint ophold og godt morgenbord og en go pris og helt sikkert noget jeg vil benytte en anden gang. (for jeg køre til Hamburg ca. 1 gang om måned) |

Schnelles Einchecken. Unkompliziertes Parken. Hervorragend motivierte und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen. Umfangreiches Medienangebot im Zimmer. Das Zimmer: Klein aber Fein. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Fazit: "Wie für mich gemacht" :-) |

Ik moest zakelijk in Hamburg zijn en het was een goede uitvalspunt, niet in het drukke centrum. Je kan echter zien, dat het een opleidingsinstituut was van Deutsche Telecom en dat men met veel energie geprobeerd heeft er een hotel van te maken. Hoodzaak zijn nog steeds Seminairs. Kamers zijn "söber", maar wat wil je nog meer, als je moet werken. Dan is de ligging ten op zichte van de prijs in het centrum "bijna" optimaal. Niets te klagen!! Het hotel is wat moeilijk te vinden en dat jullie op de boekingsbevestiging een 0800 nummer geven, wat niet met een mobieltje te bereiken is. Geef voortaan ook het nummer van het hotel erbij!!!! Met een Nederlandse mobieltje is het 800-nummer niet te bereiken. Dit heeft me 4 x vragen gekost (en tijd). |

Das Haus liegt günstig am Stadtrand. Sie Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gibt es keinen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum, um in Ruhe eine besprechung zu halten. |
