Comfortable bed, good Internet, underground parking, nice and helpful receptionists
Very small room
Room was very small Hotel under reconstruction Restaurant - food
excellent breakfast excellent parking
small room and bathroom
great breakfast selection - underground parking - close to s-bahn station
Some noise from trains and other rooms door locking. Very small rooms.
The room was very small, like a cell in the jail, the bathroom was the same way, i jut wanted to get a few hours of comfortable sleep which i really couldn't get it, and i had to get another hotel to sleep for a few hours.
- great breakfast selection - underground parking - close to s-bahn station
- hotel is being rebuild, difficult to get to rooms and breakfast area - we got one double bed instead of two singles - lots of noise to to construction activities ongoing
The breakfast... superb! The fish dishes were unique.
- There is a renovation work in the hotel during this pick tourist season. The hotel management failed to consider about the timing of this renovation work. This could have been planned in the winter. Due to this renovation we have to climb up and down 10 meters using stairs and reach the reception -which is moved to the some floors above. - the rooms are too small and scrumpy. There is no air condition system. When we requested for a fan, the reception said they are looking for it. The whole night we were also waiting for their feedback...but they are so irresponsible, that they even did not think to say us that they could not manage any fan, or to say sorry. - In a hot summer if you open the window, you will hear too loud street noise and too much light coming inside the room. Difficult to sleep. - No contingency plan to accommodate any guest who arrive earlier than 14:00 (for example: at 12:30). The hotel only allows guest to check in after 14:00. but you have to check out by 10:00 !!
+They had nice food for breakfast. +Bathrooms were so small I could sit on the toilet, wash my feet in the shower and brush my teeth at the sink all at the same time.
-Train line was right outside window. -Staff were extremely lazy, I had to check myself out via the internet from my hotel room. -They didn't book my room for the right day. -The rooms are 3mx3m. -Bathrooms were so small I could sit on the toilet, wash my feet in the shower and brush my teeth at the sink all at the same time. -No air conditioning.
Excellent Breakfast Clean Quiet
Female staffs were not so friendly.
Nice and clean room, good breakfast, free private underground parking.
The room was really small. Payable wi-fi.
Small room, no WIFI, reconstruction at lobby so you have to carry your baggage from external stairs, no air-conditioner, late breakfast time (7:30), early check-out (10:00)
very clean, staff there are good at English, breakfest is good
Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Parking is free.
The room was very very small. The location is not very central, but the hotel is close to an S-Bahn station (3-4 minutes walk).
for good services thanks
This is a big hotel and you have all the comfort. Room was a bit small, but it didn't bother me as I was travelling alone. I had a single room at 5th floor, lots of natural light, cable internet, TV, a small bathroom. Room was clean and nice. You have a big restaurant, a bar, a big lobby, TV, a nice patio outside to sit in the sun and relax. The breakfast in the morning was really good and you have lots of options to choose from. The staff is friendly. There is a supermarket a few minutes from the hotel. The train station is a few minutes from the hotel so you get to downtown in approx. 25 min. Overall my impression was good. In my opinion this was a good value for the money.
- rooms were a bit small, but once again that didn't bother me. - it's not centrally located, but it has a very good, direct link by train to the downtown.
Clean rooms & wonderful breakfast. The double bed rooms are almost like single room hardly space to move around, but still that shouldn't be a matter if you are there for a night or 2 unless u just go to sleep. Nearby supermarkts available. Near to Nettleburg S bahn station, a small tip for people using S bahn as soon as you come down stairs take left (in direction of the train) and when you come out you would find 3 different route 1. Straight over the bridge 2. Going down to bus stop 3. To the extreme right a small lane going straight to the hotel....which is the right and short route to reach hotel on foot.
Size of rooms can be little bigger. Tips : dont expect early check-in plan and reach hotel only after 2pm, as we reached hotel at 1pm but staff made us to wait till 2 pm even after requesting little early check in advance. I understand early check in is not guaranteed and can be provided only on availability but I guess the rooms were already ready & available but still they prefer to give you room only after 2pm.
Breakfast was superb. Staff were very friendly and I enjoyed staying there.
Wifi was a bit of problem.
Too small rooms
Breakfast had plenty to choose -very good. Easy to go by train to Hamburg centrum (about 30min). Big congresshotel and had good sauna.
Some noise from trains and other rooms door locking. Very small rooms -but all was there and clean.
breakfast is nice
the room is too small
Wonderful breakfast. Free parking in the basement.
Hotels in Hamburg are expensive. This was pretty cheap hotel but still the most expensive one on our east-west EU trip. No free WLAN internet but still the cable one (ethernet) was pretty good. The room was really small - the double bed and just about 60cm around it. The bathroom is the smallest you can imagine that will host a shower, wc and basin. Far from the city center but still reachable by S-Bahn (S21) and about 13 minutes away from central station. 5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn station. With closed windows you might hear the trains passing by by the hote you might not too.
Great staff. Easy access to transport. Room was clean and comfortable. Satisified with every aspect of my 2-day stay.i
