Wij zouden graag een formele klacht indienen m.b.t. het in rekening gebrachte bedrag en de afspraak die wij in januari over dit bedrag hebben gemaakt.

Beste, Dit was het slechtste hotel waarin ik ooit logeerde. Kamers beneden alle niveau, verouderd sanitair, ligging rechtover het station met enkel beglaasde ramen (!), ontbijt dat niets voorsteld. Kortom, een ramp ! Booking.com onwaardig. Mvg, Peter

Small rooms, very grim hotel desperately in need of refurbishment. Staff could not speak english and were not very friendly. The internet access costs €15 a day and is not very good. There are much better hotels within two minutes walk from this place for the same price, stay there instead.

The old staff at the reception is friendly and in a good mood. This hotel stands across a street from the central station of Mainz. You can walk to the old city.

The building is somewhat old. You must climb up and down stairs to take elevator, because it stops between floors as often as in the Treppenhaus of the old buildings in Germany.

The owner is friendly and make you feel safe. Loved the taste of the cheese at breakfest. Good location to visit the city or the surrounding.

Rough toilet paper. If you need to open the window, the room can be noisy at night. It is also probably the same with the other hotel in the vicinity.

I was traveling through eastern Continental Europe with my 2 brothers and were flying out of fra the afternoon of the following day. Overnighting in Frankfurt didn't seem very appealing and, having visited Mainz in the past, thought it was a better option for the extra 25 minutes train travel. And it is. The Terminus hotel is right next to the train station and is walking distance to anything you might want to see in Mainz.

We had rooms facing the station and it was very noisy throughout the night, mostly due to the trams and buses passing in front. With no ac you are pretty much faced with having to leave the window open so try and get a room opposite the street. No wi-fi included but it is available.

People miss the point. This is an affordable, basic accomodation, steps from the station at Mainz. Around the corner, You can stay at the Sheraton for 350 Euro if you want something a little more flashy. But for your hundred or so this does the job. Internet works well (free with breakfast purchae), room was small, basic, with a big window. Mine looked over the ally where the neighbors have small apartment terraces and it is quiet. The owner is a charming little old guy who works hard to keep it together while keeping a smile on his face, and he delivers the goods at an unbeatable price and in a great location. Breakfast was fine. There is a good Spanish place steps away that is a great place to relax and people watch as the sun sets behind the station in the evening.

El servicio, el dueño es un señor encantador. La ubicación también está muy bien, justo enfrente de la Hauptbanhof.

Me parece caro para lo que es. Mucho ruido por la noche, por el tráfico de autobuses.

El servicio esta a cargo de una solo persona¡¡¡ el mismo atiende el mostrador, hace las camas, prepara el desayuno etc etc ... por esta razon el servicio es bastante deficiente, y aparte el señor no habla ningun otro idioma que no sea el Aleman, Pésimo hotel y caro, las habitaciones deprimentes...
