The location of hotel terminus was excellent in relation to Christmas markets. Even with the children , we were able to walk everywhere! There is no coffee or tea facilities in the rooms nor did the hotel have lunch or dinner available.

It was near the centre of dusseldorf. Good hotel if you don't want to spend too much on accomidation. The pool and sauna made up for everything else.

It´little bit dirty and verry old interrior. We get the feeling, that they did´nt take care / dont invest for the comfort. 3 stars! ???? But 3 Persons for 75 EURO is OK! We can recommend for the price.

Locatie Ben je een niet roker, ga dan niet naar dit hotel. De kamer stonk naar rook terwijl het een non-smoking kamer was. Tijdens het slapen werd duidelijk hoe erg het was...het hele bed was doordrenkt met rooklucht. De volgende dag zat de stank in je kleren, haren etc. Alsof je de nacht hebt doorgebracht in een kroeg (van voor het rookverbod) Vreselijk!!

Art der Einrichtung, Aufstellung der Möbel, Bilder an den Wänden, keine Schlalldichte Hotelzimmertür, wenig Steckdosen, Fernseher falsch gestellt etcpp.

Dieses Hotel hat die Ideale Stadtlage, wenn man Zentral wohnen möchte. Von dort aus ist wirklich "fast" alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und wenn man das nicht möchte, ist die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Ein Parkplatz zu finden ist schwer, wobei man hier die Parkgarage gegenüber nutzen kann- perfekt -. Wenn man nicht in der City/Altstadt essen möchte, gibt es auch in Hotelnähe empfehlenswerte schöne Gaststätten/Biergärten. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, da Sauberkeit - Freundlichkeit - Lage und Preisleistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall stimmen.

Inget bara att personalen bokade om till ett bättre hotel I närheten. Gammalt, kallt ingen värme, muffligt, rökrukt trots rökfritt rum. Hotellet hade inte för avsikt att ha öppet under ajul pga för låg beläggning men meddelade inte oss I förväg.

駐車場がありませんでしたが、目の前に公共駐車場があって、よかったです。 建物自体は古い感じでしたが、手入れ、清掃は行き届いているようで、よかったです。 今回は、クリスマスマーケットに出かけましたが、それほど遠くなく、便利でした。

Normaal hotel op goede centrale locatie in dusseldorf. De koningsallee, winkelcentrum, kerstmarkt en Altstadte met uitgaansgebied goed te bereiken te voet. Helaas was het zwembad en sauna dicht. Deze hebben wij dus niet gezien. Zonder dit is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal goed. Ook het buffetontbijt was goed maar coor 10,- Euro wel beter gehad.

Bij aankomst eerst een 1 persoons kamer, die ze ons als dubbele kamer willen geven met een doorgezakte bijzetbad. Op 4 hoog met kapotte liften, waarvan er 1 later op de avond het weer deed. Na 2 keer klagen (nadat ik wilde dat ze de manager/eigenaar ging bellen) dan toch een normale 2 persoonskamer gekregen. Ze staan het toe dat er door 'stam' gasten gerookt wordt in de openbare bar ruimte waar een ieder doorheen moet voor het ontbijd. De dame van de receptie moest steeds in de morgen weg naar de bakker om broodjes te halen waardoor er niet uitgecheckt kon worden.

Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Dicht bij het stadscentrum. Personeel is van wisselend gehalte. Alles heel netjes maar verwacht geen luxe. Symptomatisch: sauna wordt erg warm maar niet helemaal heet. Gaat eigenlijk op voor alles in het hotel.

A személyzet, a reggeli és az egész fogadtatás minősíthetelne és megalázó volt. Soha többet ezt a szállodát látni nem kívánom. Semmi nem tettszett. A wc rossz volt, szóltunk, nem javították meg , a recepciós öreg úr nem volt segítőkész, a reggeliztetésben segitkező hölgy kifejezetten undok volt. Mindenért szólni kellett.( Kávé, tej, melegviz stb) a szauna sosem volt normálisan felfütve. Borzasztó volt és horribilás az ár.

Höfliche, hilfsbereite Angestellte; Weckdienst hat funktioniert, Frühstücksdame war sehr aufmerksam; Wasserstrahl Dusche und Waschbecken stark genug - heiß und kalt sehr gut; Es fehlen Nachttisch-Lampen; der Fernseher - auf Standby geschaltet - schaltete sich um 5.00 Uhr morgens kurz ein und aus (Testbild); das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer war am Boden nicht ordentlich geputzt - benutzte Taschentücher / Kleenex, Haare und Fusseln lagen am Boden; das Antennenkabel des Fernsehers war ausgesteckt, Anschluß musste gesucht werden; die Zimmer-Türen schließen sehr laut; der Straßenbahnverkehr ist sehr laut zu hören und stört beim Schlafen; Wasserablauf im Waschbecken nicht in Ordnung - zu langsam!
