Het ontbijt was goed en gezellig inericht.

Jammer dat er op de site staat dat er een bistro in het hotel aan wezig is maar helaas is dat niet waar. En jammer dat de buren (een disco) tot half 6 door gaan en wij aan de verkeerde kant van het hotel zaten dus last hadden tot half 6.

Ik heb mij geergerd aan het feit dat de toegangskaart meer niet dan wel werkte, dat de gordijnen gedeeltelijk van de ophangrail gevallen waren en te smal om het raam volledig af te dekken, dat ik een hulpstuk moest bedenken om het water van bad naar douchestand te brengen, dat het ontbijtlokaal te klein is om iedereen te laten zitten, dat de kwaliteit van het ontbijt 3/10 krijgt, dat de minibar op één flesje na leeg was

Het receptiepersoneel was uitstekend. Ontbijt en personeel uitstekend.

Vooral zaterdagavond erg veel lawaai.

1) 's Avonds was het zeer luidruchtig, heb 2 nachten wakker gelegen door het lawaai van andere gasten. 2) De rekening was niet correct, heb tweemaal om een correctie moeten vragen.

It was a convenient location to the train station

There were so many things I did not like. We paid 260 Euro a night. I did not have a hair dryer in my room. They only cleaned the room partially every day. The bathrooms were very old. My shower head was broken and fell down the pole. There was a bar/club next to the hotel, I thought they were dancing in my room the music was so loud. Each day I would come back from my work, and the hotel put the air conditioner on full blast at 10C! It was freezing. I had to sleep fully clothes each night with 2 blankets. I am shocked that your website would have given then 3 stars. It is disgraceful.

The room was very comfortable and with a lot of accessories. The hotel is next to the city centre and to the train station and the metro station, so it is nice for a visit to the city.

The area where the hotel is located isn't an advisable area but if you are adult it can be ok. The hotel completely ignored my request for the room done through Booking.com.

The location beside the station was good. There was an Irish bar beside to watch any big matches. There was also a street right on the other side of hotel with lovely restaurants. I would recommend also the Zoo. You can get the tram here.

It was near a red light zone area. There was a lot of people drunk on the streets during the day so it did frighten us a bit. The carpets need to be redone. Not as modern as it looks on the website. Some loud noises out in the corridors in the mrning.
