Очень удобно расположен. Все рядом. От аэропорта 10-15 минут на поезде, от вокзала 2 минуты через подземный переход. До старого центра 10-15 минут пешком. Чистенький. Приличный завтрак. Соотношение цена-качество - отлично. Без наворотов. Для тех, кому переночевать и позавтракать. |

It was a convenient location to the train station There were so many things I did not like. We paid 260 Euro a night. I did not have a hair dryer in my room. They only cleaned the room partially every day. The bathrooms were very old. My shower head was broken and fell down the pole. There was a bar/club next to the hotel, I thought they were dancing in my room the music was so loud. Each day I would come back from my work, and the hotel put the air conditioner on full blast at 10C! It was freezing. I had to sleep fully clothes each night with 2 blankets. I am shocked that your website would have given then 3 stars. It is disgraceful. |

The location...the cleanliness....the air-con comforts in the room. No wireless internet in the room as advertised & the staff didn't seem to bother too much about it ! Had to run around at 11 in the night looking for an internet kiosk ! |

Good location, close to Railroad station.Staff in general is competent. The staff at the breakfast room misled us, saying the breakfast charge was Euro 14.50 for our double room, then we got charged Euro 29 - double! Most hotels, even of higher level, charge about Euro 5 to 6 per person. That charge is outrageous, and it should be properly disclosed. |

The room was very comfortable and with a lot of accessories. The hotel is next to the city centre and to the train station and the metro station, so it is nice for a visit to the city. The area where the hotel is located isn't an advisable area but if you are adult it can be ok. The hotel completely ignored my request for the room done through Booking.com. |

The location beside the station was good. There was an Irish bar beside to watch any big matches. There was also a street right on the other side of hotel with lovely restaurants. I would recommend also the Zoo. You can get the tram here. It was near a red light zone area. There was a lot of people drunk on the streets during the day so it did frighten us a bit. The carpets need to be redone. Not as modern as it looks on the website. Some loud noises out in the corridors in the mrning. |

Location was excellent just next central railway station. Price was acceptal considering location, air conditioning and minibar. Good for one or two night stay. Very small single room, no free wireless internet in rooms, hotel hall area very full and messy, corridors dark and narrow, my room was back side of the hotel so I had to use elevator which looked like freight elevator. My ceiling light didn't work and hotel worked saw it but didn't do anything for it. Hotel staff was quite unpolite, definitinely not friendly. I would not spend any longer holiday here. I didn't had breakfast here since it wasn't included in price. |

Proximity to Hauptbahnof. Size of the rooms, Noise from the Disco, Airconditioning was poor, Refrigerator not working. No Tea Cup in the room, only saucer!! |

Hotel located just one minute walking from central train station. Terrible smell from canalisation pipe, usualy it's localed on the floor in the bathroom. To avoid smell you can close it with plastic bag :) And one more thing: the door lock was broken (battery was low) so card (door key) was not working. The solution was: everytime i need to enter the room i had to ask the receptionist to come with me and open the door with his special key. What a nice service! |

The head waiter in the breakfast room was very helpful and attentive. The lady on reception was very helpful with her normal work, very patient with such a lot of clients, but when I had a dental problem she did her best to find me a dentist even at 10 o'clock at night. Plants are dead in breakfast room, no lift on 7th floor, charging for internet in the room when hotel is clearly a business hotel, carpets in corridors need cleaning |
